Everything was perfect.

The breakfast was wonderful and the entire lobby/reception area had a very nice “homey” feel about it, and was beautifully decorated.

The stairs were a challenge, but they cannot change that; it is a protected building.

My room at the front was right on the street and was very noisy because of Armistice Day celebrations (probably not usually that noisy). Was able to move to room at back halfway through stay and that was much quiter

The hotel itself was fine overall, but the noise level was quite disturbing. I couldn’t sleep properly because the windows were not really soundproof, and given the busy area, it would be important to have better acoustic insulation. Also, the staircase was very narrow and steep, which made it a bit difficult for me to go up and down.

The room we had was supposed to be a superior - it was fine but nit superior - although the locatuon and staff are great. other hotels are much better value.

The price for what it was

The location was brilliant but I also loved the fit out of the hotel, all pre-loved furniture, pictures and bits and pieces, so tastefully decorated. Peggy was fabulous too, very willing to help me, even putting me on a lower floor to accommodate my heavy luggage.

Can't find a fault.

We had a great stay. The room was nice and quiet. We parked in a parking garage nearby and walked around the area.

No storage space in the room or bathroom. No glass for water. Pillows hard and a bit uncomfortable

The location right next to the cathedral was perfect. Peggy was also super friendly and helpful and the room was great size and nicely decorated.

There were quite a lot of bugs in the bathroom when we arrived and it could be a bit noisy from the nearby bars and other guests going up and down the stairs late at night.

Location is awesome! The owners are so friendly and kind. Breakfast was superb. And room is nice and clean. We will definitely return with more family!

great location just opposite of the cathedral and in the middle of a lot of restaurants and touristic points, the host was on the moment of check in not present but I got her number in advance and when I called her she explained all details and made us feel very welcome from the very first beginning.
