Nothing really, we as given upgraded room and it was not best so I Am scared what would be if we get standard room

The rooms are not soundproof, advertising is not true. We had someone from reception at 3am knocking the doors because we were listening to music from the phone, absolutely joke

It can be noisy early morning because of proximity to the tram way in the Main Station square.

Nothing. Horrible experience. I really don't recommend this hotel. The service is terrible. Furthermore, I made a reservation through this website (Booking.com) with which they have a partnership. They didn't honor the reservation and also charged me double the amount. In other words, I paid twice for the same service, and their customer service didn't respond or find a solution. I wouldn't want to call the rest a robbery, but it's very close to it.Most of their staff are always "trainees." It's impossible to find someone qualified to solve a problem. The hygiene of the room and the hotel in general is very poor. This is, without a doubt, my worst hotel experience.

The location is perfect, near everything and easy access to transportation.The access to the other hotel's swimming pool, gym and sauna was incredible.

Problems with the bathroom. Plumbing issues. Calls from the room to the reception are rarely answered.

The other receptionists (not the one mentioned below) were friendly.The room was comfortable.The lication is great.

Upon arrival we went to the Radisson to check in. The receptionist made a biv deal that is we became a member he would uograde us to the jr suite. Registration took a long time, but in the end we had a standard room. The room was fine but floor and ceiling were very run down.aybe becuase there is no reception in the Park Inn the building felt very dead.

if we had known that the hotel was basically a dormitory we would have booked elsewhere

the hotel is basically closed - everything is handled by Radisson Blu and that was not mentioned at the time of booking.

Staff very friendly and professional especially a young lady with North African look who checked us in and out at the reception of Radisson Blu. She provided a stunning welcome and a genuine goodbye. This positive attitude should be taken into consideration when dealing with guests. Good location with central station across the street and city centre just 15 mins away. Nice lobby and bar area furnished with comfortable sofas and modern tables. Beautiful view of Antwerp station from breakfast room located on the second floor and free access to sauna/swimming pool available at the Radisson blu Antwerp city centre. Pity that we found it out the day after our arrival. Large bedrooms furnished with double beds, hard and soft pillows, hard mattresses ideal for a good sleep, spacious wardrobes and useful desks.

I would suggest to improve the breakfast offer by introducing Belgian patisserie (something typical), fresh juices instead of concentrate ones and a wider variety of croissants/cheese (offer was limited). Staff was very helpful but should have focused more on replacing items in a busy day.

Super convenient location next to Antwerp Central station. The ‘living room’ at lobby is convenient to have our snacks and people watch. The reception staff Sundha made our day by going the extra mile. :)

Check in must be done at Radisson Blu hotel opposite the road. All facilities are there too

The hotel looks like an abendoned flat. There is no reception. No staff at all. If you need anything, there is noone to call for immediate help. Your call goes to Radisson Blue hotel across the road. I called reception for cleaning in the morning. My room wasnt cleaned even after 3.30pm in the afternoon when I came back to it. House keeping was in the corridor and they just went in to clean, after they saw me upset, that the room was still untouched the whole day. They clearly are understaffed in this hotel, not enough people.Wellness, breakfast and the well equipped gym is also in the Radisson Blue. Non of them are comfortable to walk across the road for, hence I didnt ask for breakfast and didnt use these facilities.At check in, reception lady made a mistake and my card did not open the entrance. So I had to walk back to ask for another key - I had a 30kg luggage with me... and Radisson Blue entrance has stairs only, does not have an accessible entrance. So I had to walk with my 30 kg luggage at check in and down to go to the actual hotel. Then walk back and do the entire thing again with a heavy suitcase because my key card didnt work. Same for check out.There is an ice machine at the 1st floor - which of course does not work. There is a water station in the little gym which this building had, that of course had no water during my entire stay, because noone cared to refill it.Curtain in my room was torn.Previous guest's half empty water bottle was left on the table when I first got in my room.Elevators are slow and only one was working out of the 2. The other was out of order. All in all this was my second time here. First time when the hotel still had a reception, which was a nice experience, hence I returned. But now, I don't think I'll return here. Absolutely no service here whatsoever

Breakfast buffet was very nice and the location convenient to the train station. Staff did their best to resolve an issue.

No heating in the bathroom. Fixed shower head was not connected so only had small handheld one to use.

Check in and out at a different hotel. The breakfast and the gym are also not at the hotel and you have to take a 5 minute walk each time. Not the end of the world but completely unnecessary and annoying

Very noisy- single glazed windows onto Astridplein. Tv didn't work. Torn curtain.Strange non-functioning air-conditioning.One of the lifts didn't work. Looked a bit shabby overall.
