Lacquered bathroom doors a bit knocked about, (did someone lock themselves in?).Shower head of bath fell apart, but walk in shower was fab.These minor niggles did not compromise our stay at all....but the room wasn't cheap!

Location is perfect in the centre. Rooms are nice and spacious.Our room was on the back side and therefore no street noise

Quite hard to find initially, as above department store.

The location was perfect, right into to center, next to the metro. Staff was very helpful and the breakfast was great.

Should need a key card in lift to get to bedroom floors. Breakfast was not good for the price. Rooms not as nice as expected.

The location was good, with a tram stop outside the hotel and all main sights within walking distance. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. In the fashion district, a shopper’s dream if you’re feeling wealthy. The room was quiet and we slept pretty well. All of the staff were polite and helpful.

Breakfast is overpriced at €25, eat outside of the hotel for better value for money. The pillows are terrible, too big, and either too soft and unsupportive, or too hard and lumpy. In our room number 36, there was weird leather straps around the sink taps, why? Not needed, must be unhygienic and difficult to clean? Whole place looks a bit tired, like someone’s design folly that they can no longer be bothered with. Some odd decor choices.

The staff were excellent with their customers services. They were easy to talk to well cooperative with my requests. They made my stay easy as first time visiting antwerp

The bed was uncomfortable and there was a lot of mosquitoes in my room.

The entrance of the hotell, bad smell in the elevator and entrance, toilet and shower were in separate rooms, and no possibilities to wash hands in the toilet room, you had to go to the other side of the room into the bathroom to wash hands
