- 1. They didn’t provide any bottled water for our visit which was rather strange. There was also no kettle to boil water. We ended up drinking water from the tap.2. It was rather cold In Duderstadt when we visited.The heating in the room didn’t work very well. Had to huddle under the blankets3. Wished we had stayed at least another night

Comfy and clean
A smell near our front door/bathroom, it went away after a few days after it was cleaned properly I think. A kettle and tea cups / coffee machine would have been great also!

Partially unfriendly and impolite staff
Right in the middle of the old town, the location is obviously perfect. The staff were great and happy to see me (or I assume so as everyone was properly wearing masks!). And the room was clean, comfortable and relaxing. And lastly, the shower was the reason I was late for checkout... ...so great!
