really amazing location, maximum 5 minute walk from Gyogyfurdo Hajduszoboszlo. I liked the spacious room, good smart TV, little kitchen and balcony.bathroom was nice and clean breakfast and dinner options were nice and very tasty - no pancakes/ crepes / wafles and fresh fruit for breakfast. that could improve a bit.dinner were excelent, the most delicious soups i ever tasted

the carpets in the room and corridors needs some cleaningstaff is very young polite but i assume they would need an extra person for dinners to bring drinks

It was near to everything.The service at the dinning area was nice. The guys smile more than the girls and they were friendly. Good for them!

The receptionist should smile more and be less like a robot. Also, try and learn some English. You are working at a hotel in the hospitality business.When cleaning the room try and vacuum it. It's not that big of a room.Cut the grass in the parking lot more often.

expected more for this price and from this star rating. room was not cleaned even though note on the door left, unable to send pdf invoice for accommodation from reception, for this price i would expect free water in the room

Location was ok.

Restaurant leaked of comfort. Food presentation wasn’t very welcoming. The waitress (a very corpulent woman, don’t know her name) was very rude and impolite. Put even a wine bottle on the table without opening it. The only exception was Daniel who was very kind and was able to advice. 4 stars are definitevely overrated.

On the breakfast, there were some issues, such as the fry eggs being cold and the heating lamp drying them off. For the period of one week that we stay, the towels have been changed only once, and the clean towels have been left on the top of the toilet seat. not hygenic

Restaurant chef very prrofi, food very tasty combine with one good hungarian wine îs amasing.

Great location! Hotel is renovated, rooms are spacious. Good value for money.

Broken shower heads in the room and not too effective air conditioning system

Odd smell in the room, not pleasant.No shower curtain, difficult to take a shower, all the water is spraying on the floor.No free water available at meal time.

The room was nice;The staff was friendly;The food was delicious and with enough options to choose from;The Aquapark is very close by.

Reception is fairly nice. Parking has survaillance. Smart TV with internet and Netflix activated.

We purchased a Junior suite with half-board included.BY FAAAAARRR, conditions are nothing compared to a 4* hotel. Dirty floor in the room with big stains and horrible smell. Breakfast was the first one in my life where they do not offer you water to drink ... especially in July. Miserable coffee and coffee machine. Rutten fruits for desert. Generally, the food was waaaaay bellow expectations. No daily cleaning. No towels change. Toilet flush button broken. Shower caps broken. Water would leak from bathroom into the room and get absorbed into the carpet floorLuckly for us, we only stayed for 3 nights so it was not worth wasting time with complains.

Excellent location, very stylish room design, welcome drink, good breakfast and dinner, comfortable bed, and very kind staff.

We did a little Holiday on Hajduszoboszlo Aquapark and we booked this Hotel , really nice and comfortable , the food is very good and the staff is really looking after you .Is really close to the aquapark , around 5-10 minutes of walking .The parking at the hotel is big enough.I can recomend to all of you.

The room for kids , playground will need some atention for upgrading the toys and cleaning the room.Heating was off .Bit dissapointing this room .I hope until the next visit will be better , thank you The car park is not specially arranged , will be welcomed an upgrade.

The staff doesn’t speak English (except one)when we checked in, no one mentioned to us, that we have sauna in this place! Accidentally we find out, on the last evening!In Booking.com is specified, Bathrobes but we didn’t had anyWe need to complain to have the room cleaned Fresh towels or to change the bedsheets For 4* this is unacceptable!!!No one ( Manager) bothered to contact me, to apologies due to my complaintprobably this is their routine???The food was quite good but sometimes VERY SALTY???To pay €700 for a week and to be charged another €4/day for parking is outrageous On top of that they are so greedy to charge extra for 2 bottles of water?We won’t return to this place!!!

Personal very helpfull, food very combined and for every people. Hotel is very cozy and they are welcome drinks. This hotel is perfect for two three nights. Is very close near AquaPalace and city center. I am ordered for my birthday one choco cake it was very good. Thanks for staff we are comming back soon.

Let me give a full explanation for this property. We - me and my mum - booked this hotel as it was really nice on the pictures + the cheapest from the 4 star hotels including breakfast. The location is really fantastic, only few steps from the thermal spa of Hajdúszoboszló. The hotel is really comfortable with all the facilities you really need. The staff is helpful, respectful and really kind! We had also a favourite waitress who always had a nice smile & word for us during the dinner! Thank you for that! You made our stay much better than we expected! BIG SUPRISE AND THANK YOU FOR THE CHEF! He made us so full with the most amazing, delicious food ever! It was even better than the food in the local "csárda". Highly recommended hotel!We really had a great time!!!

There were little things but the hotel staff could manage to we forget them with their professional help and kind. So at the end nothing.

The personal in the restaurant don't like their jobs and it's quite obvious. But maybe it's understandable after a really long shift. But with a nicer approach, it would have been a 10 grade hotel.
