Thermal Hotel Garden

Breakfast and dinner were delicious. I was able to find vegetarian dishes. The coffee was delicious. For dinner, alcohol and any drinks can only be ordered at the bar. The location is great, next to the city pool and Aqua Palace. The staff is very friendly.

The cleaning in the room could have been better. They never changed our bed linen and robes and cleaned the sink in the bathroom during our 7 nights stay at the hotel. There is mold in the shower stall.

The food is greasy and I would say low quality, the focus here is on quantity not quality.

The breakfasts served at the hotel were quite good. There was a wide selection of dishes, and the food was fresh and tasty. There were many options to satisfy both fans of traditional breakfasts and those preferring something lighter. This was definitely a positive aspect of our stay.

Unfortunately, one of the main drawbacks was the lack of communication in English. Most of the hotel staff did not speak English, which created some difficulties in communication. This was particularly problematic during check-in and when we needed additional assistance or information.Unfortunately, the dinners were not as successful. The food was tasty, but the menu became monotonous after a few days. There was a lack of variety and new dishes, which made the dinners quickly become boring. Perhaps the hotel should consider introducing more rotation of dishes. A significant downside was the lack of drinks included with the dinners. While it was possible to order something to drink from the menu, it would have been nice to have at least water provided.Another major downside was the unsupervised children's playroom, which was not cleaned throughout our entire stay. This was quite disappointing and a concern, especially for families with young children.In summary, the stay was average. If the staff improved their language skills, more variety was introduced to the dinner menu, and drinks were provided with dinners, the hotel would certainly become more attractive.

the lighting in the room is too bright, blinding, like in a conference room, I prefere much more a warm light. Coffee machin very good but waiting 20min im a queue is to long and time wasting.
