Hotel Atlantis Wellness & Conference

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is near the aqua center — you just need to cross the street to get there. There is a decent playground for children. There are several swimming pools on level -1. I saw employees taking water samples, so I believe the water quality is well controlled.

The playground is covered with artificial grass — natural grass would be a nicer option. I believe there aren't enough parking spaces for such a large facility. Breakfast could be better. The food quality is okay, but the variety is limited.

The location is great, right across from Hungarospa Aqua-Palace. You can cross the street with just a bathrobe on, even in winter. But it's not necessarily, because the hotel's wellness offers you everything you need, from the sauna to the thermal water pool. Many parking spaces around the hotel. Helpful staff.Breakfast and dinner are buffet style. The food is plentiful, very tasty and you can choose from a very wide variety.

I have nothing to mention.

Very clean hotel, nicely renovated, tasty food and good variety buffet, modern design, good location, kids indoor play area was really nice in winter time.

Water in the large pool was cold.

The food was excellent, both breakfast and dinner, varied and good quality. We appreciated the size of the room and the bathroom. The swimming pool was great, with both hot and cold water, and we really enjoyed the rooms dedicated to children, two options for the little ones to play in their free time.

Nice hotel with good spaces and natural light. Recently renovated with good taste and modern fittings, it has a nice vibe. It features four pools, salt and ice rooms and saunas

Would have preferred more vegan options, and some drinks included in the dinner. One of the four pools, the one for relaxation, contained too much chlorine and two of us ended up with eye inflammations (one more serious, had to be taken to a doctor in the middle of the night). I also noticed a few saunas, but no steam bath

There was heating and the food was decent.

There was no shower head holder to the room. I reserved two double rooms for 4 guests, but on arrival, they said I booked for two people only. Which is impossible. The price I paid was for 2 guests per room. On top of that, they charged us 5 euro per night to park on the hotel's property. Which is simply not stated anywhere in the booking. They charged a welcome drink without and orange juice without for 28 euro without knowing why

Hotel was clean and nice. Breakfast good.

Unfortunately I have an problem with the invoice. It was provided to me with wrong company details and now Hotel is claiming that it's not possible to change it or I need to pay extra for currency rate!!! Staff is totally not professional, they do not understand that this can be treated as a violation of tax regulation.

We liked the breakfast and dinner selections also the location, which was perfect. Nice room design. Staff were attentive and helpful. ??

The room only had a shower, which was not convenient for us as we had a one-year-old child with us. It was quite challenging to shower a small child in that situation.

Room was big and new, nice decor, comfy beds, big/small pillows, smart tv, minibar. Staff was very kind and responsive. Food was great, lot of local produce, great soups, at least 3 different meat dishes each dinner. Wine is reasonably priced. Spa has sauna sheets available.

No tea/coffee facilities in the room. No drying line in the bathroom. The Spa area is lack supervision, the saunas were not cleaned during the day.

Repeatedly staying in the hotel as having no reason to change. Always highly satisfied with th eservice, staff and room. Hotel has also sufficient parking places for the hotel guests. The big advantage is also the place where the hotel is and acessible in walking distance to heart of the city.

Nothing realy to complain about.

The facilities are very nice. Rooms are ok but we got one on the third floor which is not yet renovated. The spa is large and in great condition, had hot, thermal and cold water facilities and a small kids area. The location is great, across the street from the summer baths and 10 minutes from the center. There is a private parking in front.

The services at the restaurant are not good, we sit for at least 20 minutes before someone took our drinks order. We had half board and then only had to take orders for drinks, not food so the wait wasn't justified.

Nice hotel, clean, good facilities and very good breackfast and dinner(big variety, and different every day) not to much to visit in the surroundings but a good choice for relaxing days by the pool.

We had to wait for check in 2 more hours because the room was not ready, we could not use the restaurant in this time, we could not drink anything or use the pool, it was inconvenient cause we were with a baby... No compensation or appologies only some dumb smiles and rised shoulders by the stuff. Some friendly weighters but also other very unprofessional.

Perfect place, opposite the Aqua Park. Large room with new furniture, very comfortable. Very good breakfast. Parking.

There are really nice indoor pools with different temperature water. There's one for small children with a slide which our 1 year old really liked.The room was quite big and clean. Also it had air-conditioning which worked very well and a nice balcony.The food selection was really good for both breakfast and dinner. It was a buffet for both, but there were very good things to choose from every time and they changed the menu every day. They had many highchairs for small children, as well.The staff was very friendly even though it was sometimes hard to communicate since not all of them know English.The location is also really good as it's exactly at the entrance to the water park. They have on premises parking, but it's at a cost. Street parking is also available but that also has a cost. All in all a very baby friendly place.

The door to our room had a small issue and was a bit hard to close. Not a big issue though.

Traditional place (Hajduszoboszlo) where we return every year since my childhood. I know the hotel very well since opening. I like the wellness center incl. pools and saunas. I love to return to Atlantis. Lots of food and very helpful staff. Renovated areas look cozy :)

Unfortunately despite latest upgrade of equipment in the rooms (very nice), the hotel lacks proper care. It’s obvious that the number of staff is underestimated and there is a complete lack of quality supervision. The rooms are clean and really nice. Several things drive me nuts:- We stayed for 4 nights with a small kid, our room has not been cleaned single time. This is unacceptable in a 4-star hotel…- smell of carpets in the elevators is disgusting… Managers do not smell that?? (1 day to replace by new ones)- wellness area needs to be properly clean, it’s not about hygiene but dust behind every corner, mud (!) under the stairs at the pools not cleaned for ages, windows are dirty, in the outside the pool area cleaning of the terrace is required (1-2 days) using a high-pressure cleaner- gym area smells of mould (ventilate, clean, 1-2 days)- kids playroom needs painting, some new toys (1-2 days)- terrace at the parking, outside of restaurant is falling apart - dismantle and clean, I have never seen anybody sitting there since opening of the hotel (1 week)- many other details but mostly only things about cleaning and areas will look like newI just cannot understand how can the hotel upgrade rooms and prices and leave these small details that cost nothing in this state. The issues I mentioned are about investing time in proper cleaning and not direct money investment. Cleaning and restaurant staff is quite busy but wellness staff could work on the mentioned cleaning if the wellness areas in the meantime. One supervisor would solve the issue.Last thing is the endless shuffling with the pool bar. Everybody would like to sit and consume at the outside pool area, but consumption has been moved to the super sunny area where you don’t really enjoy eating a goulash in the hot direct sun…think about it. If the glass is the problem, buy reusable plastic equipment.
