Location was nice

The breakfast was not diverse,the omlet was undercooked,and it was the same breakfast every day,dinner without a free glass of water,considering it was half board

Clean room , very good food, staff not very good. Very hard to comunicate with staff. They only speak Hungarian. Only the front desk person speaks English.

The food and the wellness facilities were nice.

We stayed two nights, however, the second afternoon/evening neither the sauna nor the steam cabin worked. We reported the problem to the staff but they told us that they could not do anything. And we weren't offered any compensation for paying for a service that we did not get.

The hotel have several swimming pools, the water is wonderful for health regardless of age, cleanliness, very nice staff, quite good food

The room was a little older for my taste, but we arrived late and there was nothing else available

Location , the hotel it’s located in the best area right in the Centrum the hotel it self very elegant rooms are very big and comfortable I would recommend to others also breakfast and dinner was excellent delicious

Unfortunately I experienced among the hotel’spersonnel more specific at the bar the person wasn’t kind more like she was rude she needs to practice kindness, I would rate her an F

The open terrace, all the pools, the lavender and the greenery, the soft music and the food at the terrace. And of course the thermal water that is amazing.

The cleaning can be better, although open spaces like the sliding roof are difficult to be maintained.

Small intime hotel perfect for two days relaxation specially because has he's own spa this

Limited choice of food, not tasty, waiters unfriendly (maybe due to lack od English), stains on sofa, gym of 4 square meters.

The location was in the middle of the town which is very good. Dinner & breakfast were very delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful. We could park the car in the hotel's parking lot.

The room could be cleaner. The bathroom looked a bit outdated, although it was functional and clean.

Rich breakfast, various food for dinner, a very nice location overall.

The hotel had everything we needed. The food was excellent, breakfast and dinner delicious. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. Felt really really good.

The shower head had a very bad flow and the heat of the water was constantly changing. But it can be fixed I guess.In the kitchen area we were missing some items like a sponge or a pot to heat water for tea.

Super location in the center, food was excellent, nice Christmas decoration. Wellness with thermal water pool.

Wellness area relative small for a big hotel like this, not enough relaxing indoor sunbeds, they were always occupied with towels even when people were not using them. No extra relaxing area close to the sauna. Bathroom with limescale, hairs on the floor.

We expected a wider variety of food.Coffee machine was missing from the room (on the pictures of the rooms there were coffee machines)

Great location, right on the promenade and 5 minutes away from Hungarospa. Tasty meal options, we liked both the breakfast and the dinner choices. Nice wellness zone and outdoor pool.

At times there was no one at the pool bar to order a drink.

It was a very nice stay. And, although we stayed only 1 night, the location and hotel convinced us to think about a longer vacation in the area.I think that says it all, great hotel, clean rooms and very accommodating staff, especially with a last minute room upgrade I needed due to unforeseen issues.

We like everything during our stay.

Location, facilities, kind stuff

Three days ddin’t changed towels, nore clean the room. All facilities need renovation, furniture also

Clean rooms, great location, friendly staff(some knew english well, but not all), good wifi.

The food was not great, low variety and not very tasty(especially for dinner, breakfast was ok), also the items were all displayed only in Hugarian.

location was excellent, Aurum Beach area is lovely, food is lovely. parking was available

shower wasn’t great and difficult for my elderly parents to use.

The excellent quality of food, the quiet, wellness area and the perfect comfort of the bed.
