Location and the breakfast was excellent

Front desk was rude. Hard to get extra towels. Didn¿t trust that I returned beach towels. Bathroom old and dingy. Cleaning staff also rude . No need to stay there I¿d rather walk to the beach. It¿s old and depressing brown room no blackout shades. Gros

We stayed at the hotel for three nights with a couple of friends. The rooms were on the small side but clean, with a very comfortable mattress and cozy bedding. The room included a coffee machine and we received coffee capsules daily. The coffee was very good and a nice added touch. We booked a half- board stay and enjoyed a good variety of tasty food. Very pleasant stay. Thank you!

The hotel was fully booked ans as a result the spa was often very busy and noisy during the day. The first day we didn't find a single free chair to rest after the hot water. The towels in the rooms felt somewhat worn and could benefit from renewal. On the second day, after returning from the spa in the afternoon, we noticed that our room had not been cleaned. As we had left the towels on the floor for replacement and needed to shower, we contacted reception and asked for fresh towels. The staff responded kindly. However the towels arrived about half an hour later, during which time we were unable to shower and became uncomfortably cold.

Cozy, clean. Excellent spa area including two spacious thermal pools, Jacuzzi pool and saunas. Good breakfasts and dinners. Not a very large room with a beautiful view of the lake. Welcoming, attentive and friendly staff.

We enjoyed everything.

Very nice place,well maintained, probably best deal in town I've stayed in most of the hotels in Hajduszoboszlo, and I can tell overall is the best place I'll definitely be back

I booked one night and I extended one more but I should have stayed for longer

Clean, good food and amazing staff.

The room was comfortable, clean with nice furnitures and balkony. There was very nice dog bed with pillow and towel. My dachshund loves it!The bathroom was comfortable with shower. We like it very much.

There was only two small “thermal pool” but not for swim!, just sit in the hot water. And one small “message pool” but it was totally full. We can’t go in. The breakfast and the dinner was acceptable, normal, not bad.

Some stuff looks like we are disturbing himAfter 8 pm generally was problem with insufficient food in restaurant (missing side dish, water melon..)Charging for drinks during dinner was confusing for us. We didn´t know what we pay for. Was there included tases or there were tips also? When we check out on invoice there was only total amount so we didn´t know if agree with partial checks.We don’t like air conditioning. We prefer open window during night. But problem was that there are noisy units on the roof (we have been accommodated on 6th floor. )Too small lifts – but that was funny ?

Seemed clean overall, although the carpet had stains.Good variety of food for breakfast and dinner.

I don’t understand the good reviews, or if we just had bad luck during our stay.- We had a very poor checkin experience - the receptionist gave us a wrong room and made us switch rooms. She was very rude and the checkin process lasted for over 1 hour. - The spa had many of the facilities closed (e.g. the wet sauna).- The spa personnel was missing from reception most of the time, and they were rude whenever we would ask for direction. - The bed was very uncomfortable. - The view from the window was to a wall, and we could hear music from outside.

Big rooms, clean, nice Spa, good location, close to Aquapark and center.

Air conditioning was not working. Our rooms were very hot in the evening and during the night.Most of the staff does not speak English.

The thermal pools worked only inside, but in April there were very few people, it was greatVery warm pool with non-thermal water (32C)

Very nice, professional staff on site. The breakfast, buffet dinner and also the in-house restaurant are great! Big selection and great tastes. Spa is good.

In the spa not everything was working. Building might need a facelift soon, the other 2 bar and restaurant facilities were closed

Spa was great, food was above my expectations, staff was nice.

The room was a bit dusty and too small.

Spotlessly clean, beautiful hotel. Kind and helpful staff, they always helped us out with anything we needed. Delicious breakfast and dinner options and great cocktails.

The only one thing was the bed, they were rather on the hard side
