The location is good. Parking was reserved as asked. The meals were very good and tasty. The room was comfortable and clean.

It was only because the season hasn't started yet.

The food selection was excellent at both dinner and especially the breakfast. The big surprise was having Palinka, champagne and beer at the breakfast selection. A wonderful touch.We opted for a massage and it was excellent. Budai Erika was our massuer. The spa facilities were excellent . Very clean and organised. We enjoyed this so much

We thought the TV selection was minimal. We hoped for more choices especially English speaking like CNN etc. Also more sports selection would be a big bonus.We were surprised that there was no coffee, tea or water available in the room. When asked about this at checkout, we were informed we just had to ask. There was no indication in the room for us to do so. The bathroom supplies were minimal. {soap]. For a 4 star resort , we expected this to be available

My parents were there, I made the booking for them. They love the spa, the room and the food was exceptional.

As they told me they were asked to pay for the parking. How on eart you ask your quests to pay for parking on you own yard. It was a parking on spot, not on the street so you may say they need to pay for tge town or something. It is something to pinch some extra money from the quests. It is were unpleasent and rude!

Very good and diversified breackfast and dinner. Very nice and polite staff in the restaurant.

Very arrogant and impolite staff at the reception desk. When asked where can I park, he said textually "I don't care, I don't have to ensure you parking place" But at the check-out they were very prompt in billing me for the parking. Also in the room vas a bad smell.

Easy acces to the pool from the bio comfort appartments, variety of food and pretty good as well.

Not many parking spaces

Extremely rude staff. Sat down at the outdoor restaurant, 3 waiters stood there watching TV, no one even bother to came and take our order ( happened twice). They were not busy as there were maybe 2 other guests. Once we got their attention they were very disrespectful, acting like they are doing us a favor. The only helpful staff was a young girl and an older waiter from another shift.

It was very clean and the staff was very nice. The food is varied and very good. Ac was also great.

Great location, excellent food.very clean hotel and friendly staff,great facilities and large pool area.

Maybe could do with some complimentary table water with the evening meal.

The bed sheets are awful, after 3 minutes in bed these are removed, no solution to keep them on the bed. Personnel at its very beginning in the career The bars at the pool are not functioning or have a very short program.The breakfast and dinner on Sunday and Monday are very poor

Breakfast, dinner was rich, diversified, with many local specialties.The room was comfortable, clean and spacious.Impeccable services.

Everything was great.

Very rich breakfast, with fresh juice, different kind of cheese, eggs, ham, sausages, vegetables ( a lot), sweets, champaigne, tea, coffe, beer.Same diversity was at dinner, 3 kinds of soupe, 4-5 kinds of meet and garnish. Plus excellent sweets.The swimming pools are also very good.

I didn't have internet in the room neither on my laptop nor on my mobile phone!! I informed the reception staff about this fact about five times but I was treated with words and for three days no action was taken!! It was not my first time at Silver Hotel, but I will never go again!! From this moment, for me SILVER HOTEL NO LONGER EXISTS!!!

Mihaly from the reception was the best thing for us in this hotel.Very nice and helpful guy.Thank you Mihai for everything.In generaly the staff was nice and friendly.We liked the outside pools.

The breakfast was excellent but the dishes at the dinner were not always tasty.We liked the band at weekend evenings.They could heat the swimming pools with thermal water but unfortunatly it did not happen and the water was to cold for swimming.The hotel looks lin a comunist fashion.A bit depressing.

Spacious comfortable room with a balcony, wellness facilities including a thermal pool in an open space, half board meals, helpful staff, and the parking lot located next to the hotel itself.

The hotel and facilities are not brand new, a little bit wormed out,The service of drinks provided by waiters during dinner was very slow

Bed was very uncomfortable. Could use new bedding and mattresses.

Nothing at all! The 4 Stars were given maybe in the early 90’s, all the facilities are old, the furniture as well, the bathrooms are dark and old!!!

Everything, the pool was cold, no chance to dive in. For the amount payed we expected far more than what we got.

The staff was amazing, they were super helpful. The breakfast and dinner were exceptionally good, a variety of options and tasty food.
