We did not stay in this hotel and had to make an emergency booking for another hotel outside Florence for this two day stay. The toilet was unusable see attached picture. This toilet is maybe for a small child to use but an adult would not fit in any position. The front desk would not refund my stay as he said only the owner could authorize the refund. He had the take it-or leave-it attitude.

The location is convenient to the airport, the staff was excellent and ensured I was able to park my rental safely. Room was comfortable but not large like US Standards but good for the night before my flight home. They offer breakfast and the facility is clean and welcoming

1- The shower was super nice.2- The location was far away from the city centre so it was quiet.

This is the worst expensive hotel I’ve ever been to :)1- We didn’t have a blanket on our bed, only bed sheets that didn’t serve as a blanket. I asked the front desk but they replied “after half an hour when my boss arrives, however we got nothing and it was already midnight so we went to sleep without a blanket.2- Cleanliness: there was dust everywhere and the bed sheets were not very clean.3- Breakfast: The breakfast was super bad, e.g, there was no eggs of any type, no vegetables, only jam and bakery stuff in addition to one type of cheese and some salami. I’ve had a better breakfast in the cheapest hostel I’ve ever been to.4- Space: the room was very small. Also one thing that I didn’t like is that the aircon light is directly in our faces when we’re asleep, that was annoying.

Pleasant , Lovely staff couldn’t do enough for you , spotless clean, breakfast plentiful, table and chairs on balcony fabulous , restaurants within small walking distance , free parking directly opposite hotel, loved our stay here x

Nothing to dislike

Near highway, suprisingly comfy bed. Okay for a night or two.

Bathroom was dirty. There is mold around shower area and water was leaking from bathroom to the room while showering. Weird position of toilet. Breakfast was poor.

convenient location with car visiting Florence

Garage is a storage area with lower cars is a bit tricky. Better use the free outside parking if there is any place left. Rooms are unfortunately very stinky from smoking and mold on the ceiling (maybe not all rooms) Bathrooms are small but ok if one is not oversized. Breakfast is basic no veggies but kids enjoyed the pancakes. The impression was different from the reviews and from the pictures. Yes it was cheap but one could not guess that this is a low class budget hotel with 3 stars… the 8+ rating is also tricky really depends on who gives the rating but I must admit 117€ for a room + breakfast is nowadays nothing so I could have guessed it. Anyway staff was nice with only basic english knowledge

For two days accommodation, room is excellent, comfy, clean, warm, shower is very good.

WiFi is breaking sometimes and it is not very well sound-proofed. You could hear your neighbours.. Also breakfast was nothing special.

Honestly speaking it was a pleasent stay staffs are very Friendly and very cooperative, and always happy to serve our needs. Rooms are pretty clean and spacious, except Bath Room feels bit Congested but clean. it is about 30 min driving distance away from florence. Breakfast Have less options but delicious

Staff were very kind, the breakfast is AMAZING! The rooms are small but you have your own balcony. We got a little gift during check-out.
