Proximity to the airport

Should be a two-star hotel, not four star. The staff are rude, sound carries from hallways into rooms, it is not very clean , pretty beat up . Also, hey host very loud parties on weekends.

We were unable to stay at the hotel and it was difficult to talk to customer support to discuss any solutions. Felling stranded in a foreign country is not a great feeling at all.

There was 150 kids having a party and we didn’t sleep at all Staff was rude and disrespectful

Good location few minutes far from the A1 autostrada .Ideal for night stop during driving in Italy

Furniture in rooms is to Old , TV always jammed . In need of big refurbishment inside the rooms .

Nothing!!!

Everything! So dirty!!! The room smells sigarette. The bathroom sink is broken. The breakfast is dirty! So disgusting!!! Never in this hotel!!!

Cost, but it was a long way from city. This was something we underestimated. Staff on desk very helpful. Especially with regards to public transport options. No. 2 bus takes you "nearly" to city, have to get tram from Dalmazia.Luckily vending machine on site with some snacks.

Visually hotel looks outdated from inside. Much better looming on inside. Maybe needs some paint and maintenance outside. Breakfast was satisfactory.

It was spartan but fine. We were exhausted from travelling so we just needed a place to sleep. It was an easy walk to the train station. Breakfast offerings were good.

Avoid, they have food flies everywhere. Very old hotel that might have 4 star year ago. It is 1 star

It stunk, the whole hotel was full of truckies…restaurant was limited with food. The rooms where not very good and stunk like cigarettes..aircon smelt.

Contrary to the majority of reviews, we actually found the place to be decent and clean. The breakfast also had multiple options and they served freshly baked croissants, which were very delicious! The staff was also very helpful and kind. Bus stop was right outside the hotel and at walking distance you could find restaurants and grocery stores.

It’s close to motorway

It was very old and dirty. Staff was rude, specially at check out. I wouldn’t recommend it

The worst experience ever

Very old structure, dark rooms with a very bad smell, small room for four people, very dirty breakfast room, very low quality of breakfast, very bad location

First of all the stuff were very rude. Second, they said we going to have balcony, we didn't. It was awfully hot in that room and the hygiene was so so poor. Just avoid this place.

Check-in and Check-out were fast and flexible. The staff is kind.

This is an old hotel from the 90's, I guess. It is a 4 star hotel it deserve no more than 3 stars. Maybe when it was built deserved 4 stars, not now. Bad view and bad location in the industrial area of Calenzano. It is at least 1 hour away from the city center if you use public transport. It seems the breakfast is bought in a discount market.

It’s too far away from the city, by bus we spent almost 2 hours when we wanted to come back to the hotel. ?

the heating pipes or hot water pipes wore making the room so hot!! and the air-condition didn’t work! the beds and pillows wore not so comfortable ether.

Not a little thing

Almost everything. Rooms were dirty with full of mosquitoes and they don’t even turn on fans or ACs. It was so hot inside the room. Washrooms are pathetic. Staff are rude. Wont recommend. It’s too far from the city centre.

Nothing to like

The room is not confortable. The loke to the toilet is broken. All items in the room are too old. To conclude, the price doesn't correspond to the quality and location. It is in two times higher
