It was warm enough in the room for January nights.

We booked a triple room, but the photos on Booking.com were completely misleading and do not reflect reality at all. The room was in terrible condition, with very old and worn-out furniture that looked like it hadn’t been updated since the 1990s. Cleanliness was unacceptable: dirty bed sheets and hair all over the floor, even though the room was supposedly “just cleaned.”Breakfast was equally bad — by far one of the worst breakfasts we have ever had in Italy: poor quality and very limited choice.Overall, this place is badly maintained, poorly cleaned, and absolutely not worth the price. We would not stay here again and do not recommend it.

Nice lobby, secure free parking, decent buffet breakfast, staff was pleasant and spoke English (was helpful to us!).

Lobby felt premium, but gym, hotel levels and rooms felt economy. Air conditioning didn’t work well- room was hot and stuffy. Room also smelled like diesel fuel. Gym machines are dated and very few light weights. Prostitutes were across the street and the area outside of property didn’t feel safe (for 2 women).

Breakfast was great: a nice buffet, diverse and with hot eggs (unlike one comment). Hotel is a 10 minute walk to the Pratignone train stop. room was spacious and immaculate. Crisp white sheets. All nicely updated. Enormous bathroom. Quiet room. Mini fridge and safe were appreciated. Would definitely recommend the hotel as we traveled by car and liked the secured parking log. Nothing around the hotel for dining. Ate at the hotel one night and it was good value. Better choice that the First something hotel. Not too far from Autostrada, Spent 4 nights. Comfy beds, pleasing interior design.

A comfortable hotel, close to the airport. Very clean, spacious room, well equipped. Excellent value for money.

Parking was full. I have requested two single beds and we received a room with a double bed.

The room is big, but it's an old type of rooms. Generally, the hotel is OK, but its situated outside of the city. If you don't have a car, it's not easy to travel to and from it. The breakfast was poor. Not too much to choose between. No coffee machin. Each time, you have to ask the lady there to bring you a new coffee. It felt like not good to repeat asking. The options were limited. My daughters didn't eat anything special from there.

No air-conditioning on the 4th floor and I was told it didn't work. It was very warm up there

The check-in process was quick and efficient, which was appreciated after a long journey. The room was notably spacious and clean, providing a comfortable space to relax.

However, both the room and the hotel overall felt outdated, which detracted from the overall ambiance. The breakfast was passable but nothing memorable. While the staff was competent, the facilities didn't quite meet the expectations for a 4-star hotel. Overall, it's an adequate option if you're not expecting the latest amenities and designs.

Property location is a located in an industrial area, you must be careful when passing the road because cars usually don’t want to stop, but the train station is only 7 minutes walk.

To be honest the only positive point is the price, and I guess you could say, you get what you pay for. Under EUR 170 for a triple and a double room wouldn’t get you far. Staff were friendly enough for what the hotel was.

Rooms were run down and dusty. Bathroom need was outdated and needed an immediate redone. Holes and scratched on the wall both inside the room and in common areas. Breakfast was shocking, but hey, it was only EUR 7. Overall if you need a place to sleep and leave in the morning this will do and won't cost much.
