- Fantastic location, friendly staff, good Bavarian style breakfast, and most helpfully, when we asked about a laundromat at breakfast, the hostess offered to do our wash instead. It was done, folded, and on our bed five hours later for a small fee.

- No elevator so carrying luggage can be difficult. Good location and has a good restaurant and decent breakfast.

The location was exactly what we were looking for. Right next to the castle and right next to the border with Austria. We had a fabulous lunch across the street from the hotel and an amazing dinner at the hotel. We loved our night there!
Very cute old building, the lady at the front desk was very kind. She spoke no English but we managed to figure things out. Breakfast was really good and she (same lady from check in the night before) was very sweet and attentive.

Quaint, family run and operated for 100 years! Breakfast was delicious and had amazing traditional cuisine. Location in old town was beautiful, with short but steep walk to the castle. We loved it there!
Bike storage was good , safe and dry.
Perfect location in the old city center. Very nice staff. Well stocked honor bar in lobby. On-site parking in rear. Our room was large and clean. No lift. Breakfast was very good with some warm items and delicious apfelkuchen. Many restaurants nearby. A very comfortable and welcoming hotel in a beautiful little town at the base of a great fortress.

The location was perfect for visiting BURGHAUSEN Castle. Breakfast was idea. Rooms were simple and clean.
A mini fridge would have been nice to have but everything else was perfect and I can’t complain with the value for cost.

It’s right where you want to be in Burghausen! Off street parking for free right at the hotel, and just an awesome vibe! We were actually sad to go on to our next vacation destination...
