Staff was super friendly and helpful. Food was always fresh and ready. Cleaning staff was super helpful and friendly.

good breakfast, good restaurant, extensive SPA area; saunas were working in the morning which is a very rare case for many hotels.

shower cabins in the bathrooms could be bigger

Very good, welcoming. Room finishing was a good level business hotel. Good breakfast, nice terrace. 2 pool (in and out) are definitely a must try.

Beautiful large but cozy hotel with a wonderful spa in a quiet end of a road setting. Convenient underground parking for 10 E /day. Staff very nice and professional and could speak English. The food was exceptional and served in a gorgeous dining hall with views of the countryside. They provided plenty of towels and did not skimp on any details. Would stay there again.

Even though I booked massages for my daughter and me several months in advance, upon arrival they could only offer a shortened version of one of the sessions. Apparently a staff had gone on vacation. They gave me my parking for free but I was quite disappointed. However, the shorter massage I did get was good.

Very nice Spa/Wellness area and overall a pleasant experience. Mr. Becker from the restaurant was excweptional profesional and friendly!

Service for diner was unusual slow. Not all that was "promised" appeared on my Gala dinner on New Years eve. Unfortunately, after one complaint; the director "avoided" our table, whereas he asked everzone else... ;-(

Cleanliness, spot on breakfasts, lovely views around, staff friendly and helpful, felt like being home as a princess.

Away from all of good services, there is one thing I can't get into.. The SPA area has a separated pools and sauna. As long as you want to use the sauna area is important to get rid of everyday unless a towel is acceptable. Well, its a female AND men's saunas field and you have to accept to see all sort of bottoms and not only?, and get out of your confort zone as well. Are you ready? Maybe one day?✌️

Wellness facilities are outdated, the cleanliness of the facilities can be improved, buffet not at a high level in terms of variety.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast and evening meal. Parking in secure garage. Located on the edge of a town looking over countryside. We were using the hotel as a stop over but the swimming pool looked very inviting. Room and bathroom were clean and well appointed.

Thought the room was a little small but ok for overnight. Shower cubicle (1/4 circle) would not be very comfortable if you were more than medium build.

Wellness and food. We could stay as long as we want after check out, and enjoyed the wellness area free of charge. The beds were so soft and comfortable. We both slept like babies. It was very quiet and relaxing. Definitely for couples, not for families with children/teenagers.

After booking, the hotel called to inform us that it was overbooked and offered us a single room, which we reluctantly accepted. As it was my birthday and most other places were fully booked. Surprisingly, we were still charged the full price of a double room, even though I inquired about a possible discount. Overall, this hotel lacked a personal, human touch, and some of the staff seemed robotic. When we requested the wine list during dinner, they couldn't find one, so we ended up ordering the house rose wine, which was not the best quality. The majority of guests seemed all retired. There was no music at the pool, or bar making it clear that the hotel caters more towards mature visitors and is not ideal for young couples. It was also peculiar that most people didn't greet each other.

It was a very relaxing location. As soon as you arrived at the hotel, you disconnected.The food, when it all worked, was very good. Nice breakfast and accomodating staff in general.

The first dinner of 2 was a disaster. It is an already set menu you with a couple of choices when going for the half board. Even though they should have been expecting us, they did no have a starter for us, neither the dessert. The staff was making very bad excuses as to why this is happening, like us arriving too late (I can honestly say, we did not arrive late). The wlvery first.starter is a salad bar, it was empty, I asked one of the staff if they planned to refill, he said he would check but nothing ever happened.You need to pay for the parking at the hotel as there's no option to park elsewhere.The beds were very soft and did not allow us a good rest while there.

Tanneck is a really beautiful Hotel. It was so clean and the rooms were comfortable. It was within walking distance of the village but there was also a bus stop just in front if you chose to ride into town.We had several cosmetic treatments that were excellent, some of the best!

The biggest deficit was the restaurant food. The description of the dishes on the menu were not exactly the same as what we were served. This was really too bad because, this can make or break your overall impression , which was in many ways very good.

I have enjoyed all aspect of my stay there. The room was big, comfortable in and we'll equipped.The restaurant was really nice and the breakfast buffet has a Huge selection of products. As usual in my reviews, staff from hotel and restaurant was great.
