Pros +
- service was top notch- breakfast also great
- The friendly staff and amazing facilities
- On a positive note, the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the room itself was spacious. We also really enjoyed the spa area when we had the chance to use it. Additionally, the complimentary mulled wine offered at check-in was a very nice touch.
Cons -
- children under 14 were not allowed at the pool, grass resting area with lounge chairs, no indoor pools, etc etc after 14:00. that means we had to leave the premises both days after 14:00. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. No spa / relax experience. Just make kidsfree
- The water pressure in the shower was very weak and the constant changes in temperature made it difficult to take a comfortable shower
- We were disappointed by several aspects of our stay. At check-in, the receptionist did not provide any information about the hotel’s facilities — no mention of the spa, its opening hours, the breakfast times, the gym, or anything else. As a result, after dinner we planned to visit the spa, only to discover that it closed at 21:00. Had we been informed at check-in, we would have organised our evening differently.Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities such as a coffee machine, instant coffee, or even an electric kettle for tea. These are simple features commonly available even in lower-category hotels. We also found it disappointing that after each daily room cleaning, no complimentary water bottles were replenished. For a room costing €400 per night, providing two small bottles of water is a minimal courtesy. Instead, the only available bottle was in the minibar at a price of €6.Lastly, upon check-out, the receptionist asked whether everything had been fine during our stay. When I replied that some things could definitely be improved, he completely ignored my comment and immediately asked how I wished to pay the city tax. It was very clear that he had asked the question only because he had been instructed to do so, without any intention of actually listening to the feedback. If the hotel had been in a lower price range, our expectations would naturally be different. However, for a premium 5-star hotel, we expect significantly higher standards of service.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. It's really relaxing. I love the spa elements - pools and saunas. It has ample space and a wide variety for a spa. Breakfast is great.
I can't think of anything. I look forward to returning to this hotel every time I visit Bavaria.
Excellent breakfast, wonderful staff, elegant surroundings inside the hotel as well as the Park opposite hotel - just amazing!
We only stayed one night but it was a fantastic experience. The spa and outdoor pool were excellent, the green surroundings were beautiful, and the facilities were top notch. Great bar, a nice selection of restaurants with high quality food, and an amazing breakfast. The staff were very friendly and overall it was excellent value for money. We had a short but wonderful stay and we will definitely be coming back.
The hotel is not new and in some areas it shows its age — a light renovation would be welcome. Our room was quite basic, so next time I might choose a higher category. Still, considering the overall facilities and service, the value for money is good, and these small flaws are easy to overlook.
The breakfast is amazing, the spa is excellent, the staff was super friendly and helpful, the lobby bar was pretty cool as well. The cleaning staff was very thoughtful. The kids got a variety of sweets on Halloween, they were so happy :)
Nothing to complain about
The room, the lobby, the Breakfast room and variety of food offered. The outdoor pool and the SPA were extraordinary.

Almost everything. Breakfast is vast and excellent. Comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Good service everywhere. Great wellness, with a lovely heated pool outside. Good restaurants with Bayern, and French specialties.
The small fitness room is not in balance with the other facilities.

The constructions which were some times noisy. There was every evening a smell of cows from the close fields.
The staff were very friendly and professional.Swimming pool, specially outside pool was beautiful. Breakfast was great.
The guest room was bit small.
A wonderful spa-hotel where we spent four nights. Beautiful pool area, inside and outside, with different water temperatures ranging from 25 to 35 degrees. All staff were very polite and helpful at all times. The room service was quicker than I could imagine and the food was excellent. The breakfast was great and open until 11:30.
I usually find things to complain about, but everything here was top notch.
swimming pools snd outsides terrain
hosts can be more polite also connection about swimming area and garden area are not connected with restoran. in italy baths were we stay usually everything is easiest to use and we can go everywhere in bathrobes because we choose bath not strictly properties in city centres with rules for non stop changing wear
it was clean, nice indoor and outdoor pool, very nice restaurant and restaurant staff, car parking space
the smell of the room was very bad, kids cannot use the pools after 14h and there is no other option for entertainment around for them, the reception service rude and poorly qualified (gave very very incorrect information on touristic area that made us lost several hours driving for nothing, we requested normal cleaning the room 3 times and the staff never came)
Very comfortable beds and excellent indoor and heated outdoor pool
Check in was busy and took a little too long
the experience was amazing best breakfast we have seenpools are amazing and clean
room service food is really badcould not connect to the tv
Staff and Room and Food
Oldish
it was our 5th or 7th time there, which speaks for itself .. we usually stay there if we plan an overnight stop on our drive back to Switzerland... the main attraction are the waters...the combination of various pools, baths and saunas...hot, cold, mineral, together with excellent relaxation facilities and support services, and all under one roof makes the hotel a real gem.breakfast adds to the overall good feeling of the place. selection and quality of the products, as well as the service are at a very high level.
the sauna and baths area was closed for reconstruction which took away a big part from the pleasure of staying...the additionally installed barrel-sauna was a good try, but a poor substitute to the closed facilities...No compensation was offered to regular visitors to sweeten the deficiency.
