- We enjoyed our stay! The room was large, comfortable, and quiet. We enjoyed a restful weekend exploring the town and immersing ourselves in the Kniepp way. The breakfasts were plentiful and delicious! The staff was welcoming, especially the restaurant's manager Martin, at breakfast each morning! We enjoyed our conversations in English with him and some of our breakfast companions at our assigned table. We would visit again if we are ever in the area again.

- 2 dirts at my bed sheets. One staff didn't look so friendly to me. She gave me a feeling of " what do you want? Do not bother me with your stupid question. Ok, fine." But other staffs are very friendly. When i asked staff at reception desk about the price of booking the meeting rooms for events, no one can tell me, they ask me to look at the website........You might lose important business clients for this reason.
- There were no brochures with English translations, so we missed out on some things: chiefly, Mass with the Sisters which we would have enjoyed. We also missed out on Kniepp treatments because the booking did not say that treatments were unavailable on weekends. Of course, we were booked for a weekend and I had hoped to get a treatment. Nevertheless, we were able to experience the public water treatments and the Kniepp barefoot path in Kurpark, the informative Kniepp museum, the Kniepp Forest path, and would visit again.
- No fan or air conditioning, no mosquito nets on the windows, it is very difficult to sleep in summer when it is hot.
