hotel in a pretty park; fabulous breakfast.

the hotel is very good but not really adapted for international customers. the welcome is correct but with a minimum of explanations and it is preferable to exchange in German, including for the dinner

breakfast is outstanding, SPA/Pool area very nice and spacious. they are very nice service, not everyone speaks english, but they always found a way. More older people as guest, less children.

room had very old standard, looks like they have modern rooms, but we didn't got one of them, it had a lot of nice details, but a bit run down, for this price not acceptable. The main areas on the other hand were renovated and very nice.

Spa, location, garden view, terrace

Photos are not reality, very old furniture, carpet, bed mattress E charging was at additional price - we were not told in advanceAt check out, we were charged 3 dinners instead of 1, coffee we did not have, etc. Its ok owner is from South Tyrol, but i stay in Allgäu/Bavaria and dont want all kind of advertisement of South Tyrol all over the placeBut most disappointing: The restaurant is closed at 8 pm !!!! And staff really tries to chase you out any minute after 8

They didn't have boxes to pack breakfast as I was leaving earlier for the Airport

Not much

Place was a bit rough around the edges, needs a good paint job, stains on the furniture and floor, found glass on one chair???? Breakfast selection could of been better, 200+ euros a night deffinitely not worth that cost, 100 maybe, at a push. Would I go back, no I'd try somewhere else in town, nor will any of the group I was with, who has a whole spent more than 10,000 euro yet following an accident one member had to pay 300euro for a table???? In the long run it will cost the hotel alot more as I don't think anyone from my company will book there again.

The staff speaks only German out of the 6 or 7 languages ​​stated, the bed is very uncomfortable, especially the pillow, this is unacceptable for a 4* hotel, some of the furniture in the room is very tired, it is impossible for non-smokers, and especially children, to go out onto the balcony because of the smell of smoke from the neighbors , it was very ill-conceived and unpleasant. The hotel definitely does not correspond to the price-quality ratio.

The garden and pool area is beautiful! Really very nice and relaxing atmosphere! Definitely worth the stay!

The rooms are very standard and a little outdated - nothing special! I wouldn’t recommend to stay for the food, dinner was average and the service very disappointing. We had to remind several times that we ordered drinks, then the order was wrong, empty glasses and bottles were not taken away and sometimes it was difficult to communicate in German as many of the staff are not fluent

The parking garage

Breakfast 99% salt and nothing sweet, you send an email and nobody answer, nobody speaks english, nobody at the reception in the morning

Great location close to the highway with a beautiful garden with swimming pool.

This is a truly fantastic hotel. Everything is first class from the rooms through to the staff. Fantastic little touches like a little present of cake when checking out. Location in the town is right next to the train and bus station I mean 40 yards away close. Parking is a little tight but I just about got a place bar one night when there was an event going on. I parked on the street right outside the hotel and moved the car to the car park fist thing in the morning.

Great location, spacious room, beautiful park, enjoyed the breakfast buffet and most of all the very helpful, motivated staff.

The hotel is undergoing a renovation, it seems like two or three formerly houses have been combined and this remains in progress. There are nicely refurbished areas and our room has been renovated, but somehow it feels the renovation has not been finished and there is more to come. Against this the room rate was not of greatest value. I love the Südtirol, but I felt a bit overwhelmed that at every corner and step in the hotel you are met by something Südtirol-themed and no, I don’t think the northern end of Südtirol is in Bad Wörishofen…

Wecome drink and snack. Nice surprise was free room upgrade. Very spacious, cozy room. Great breakfast, lunch snack and afternoon cakes included. Good welness, great bar with friendly staff. Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

Receptionists please improve english :-)
