Excellent location with clean and comfy rooms! Nice cafe attached to the hotel.

My AC was broken and we were unable to fix it, but I just slept with the window open. The noise isolation is also not the best, as you hear everything in the rooms around you, as well as the hallway.

GREAT LOCATION IN THE CENTRE OF MELILLA - NICE STAFF - ROOMS ARE OLD BUT ITS OKAY. I STAY HERE A LOT WITH WORK - MELILLA IS A GREAT PLACE TO STOP WHEN YOU HAVE BEEN TO CRAZY MOROCCO. MELILLA OFFERS GREAT FOOD, DRINKS AND PLACES TO PARTY - BEACH IS NICE.

Good location nearby the old town and not far from the beach. Kind helpful staff.

Needs a renovation and the rooms are rather noisy. Nothing too bad.

Right in old quarter staff was excellent. I would recommend the breakfast it is best bargain in town and well worth it.

The economy seemed slow. Not very many people. It was a nice place to rest & recuperate. The business hours were strange. Lots closed during day. Open late afternoon and evening. Was impressed with the traffic courtesy. Stopped to let the peds cross even if your were pausing before stepping into the walkway. A real relief from Maroc where you feel like a target rather than a pedestrian trying to get across a street. People generally courteous & friendly. Many nodded & said Bueanoth Diath (yeah I know how its spelled).I'd go back for a nice rest. Prices were decent.

The hotel is centrally located and close to all main attractions. The receptionist was very helpful pointing out many of the important landmarks on a map and suggesting places to eat. The room was adequate and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and there was a selection of dishes available.

The room facing the street above the main entrance meant there was a lot of noise until late at night and again in the early morning which was rather irritating. The hotel seems more like a 3 -star than a 4-star.

The service in the breakfast wasn’t very good.
