Location was good, and the staff was very welcoming and helpful.

It would be good to add breakfast option.

What did i like...."Checking out" ! Also the location is very good.

Had a confirmed booking, and several messages from the Hotel Melila Centro. However, we arrived at 21.45, after taking 2 flights and had been travelling for 18 hours..... to find we had NO ROOM! No reason why... just a shrug of the shoulders ! Crazy ! Using booking.com in year 2024, you would think you could feel safe using booking.com....... we called around the other hotels in Melilla and all were full. The Manager / Owner "suddenly" managed to find us a room, however, would not be ready until nearly 2 hours later, after a bed was moved into the room and it was cleaned. Got the room, NOT CLEAN - No Hot water that night or in the morning. Small rooms, no decor, just white walls and had the feel of a prison cell. Still paid full price. My Daughter and partner stayed there in mid June 2024, and was not impressed, my wife stayed there also, in the summer, as a solo traveller and also had a dirty room and no hot water. I can't believe I took a chance to give the hotel a 3rd chance. Our Advice is, stay at the Rusadir, Parador or the Melia Hotel when in Melilla. Always clean and have hot water and in good locations. Also, be aware that the hotel Bar is only open at the weekends !! It is such a shame that this hotel is very poor. The location is really good. The Owner and management need to get a grip, as the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Will NOT stay again.

the bed for individual is like prison room, very tiny and high humidity without having external window, it is not comfortable for work remotely

They didn’t change the sheets, they didn’t clean the room several days. Loud music.

Central location great for the beach park and bars shopping etc - room was small but clean - the sky bar was nice ?

Had to wait outside in the hot sun before check in - then had to wait inside for way too long to check in - after travelling for 17 hours was not good - a little expensive for what you get - however will stay there again and try a different room as the location is super

The location was so good in the center of the city , the staff were friendly we were upgraded the last day of our trip to a better room with an amazing view

Too much mosquitoes and the covert of the bed was sooooo hot they have to change it with the season , no food in the rooftop or in the hotel

Great location, rooms recently refurbished, comfortable beds. And they checked us in at 9 am, which was great

Slippy shower, no shower mat. Also there is a code for the front door for when there is noone on reception. The guy wrote it on the key card envelope under the WiFi. But didn't explain. Fine once you know!

this is a nice basic hotel, clean and comfortable within walking distance to the action of town. it was good place to stay totally recommended

great location just in the very city center. small and clean rooms. staff was friendly and helpful. They printed our bording passes and let us sit on the rooftop eventhough it was temporarily closed. I can definitely recommend this place for a short stay.

Price high , room small. 1st floor too much noise, elevator, security stairs door open and close every 30 minutes. Pillow wasn't good .

Simple,clean ,quiet ,comfortable . Good aircon. Roof terrace overlooking the park is a great location for a nightcap.Staff friendly and helpful.
