BOUTIQUE HOTEL11 with rooftop SPA

Location, parking, good value.

Room was very clean and well equipped. Breakfast was tasty with nice options (not large but good enough). Staff is very helpful and polite. The wellness and views are top notch!

I honestly do not have anything to add here, been coming back yearly for the past 4 years and always am very happy.

A really lovely breakfast- eggs, yogurt, fruit, breads

The towels were thin and scratchy. The air conditioner was very challenging to use and I struggled to cool the room. The bed was very firm and not the most comfy with just a thin sheet as bedding.

I really like the room, breakfast and beautiful lobby bar with delicious aperol.

The hotel is a good value for money. The rooms are very nice, comfortable beds, spacious. Breakfast was amazing and the staff is polite. If we could get a room with AC working next time, would definitely come back.

Unfortunately the AC in our room wasn't working. Wouldn't be an issue, but it was 35 degrees outside, so the room was really warm. We tried opening the window in the evening, but no nets on the windows meant mosquitos found their way in. We tried changing the room the next day, but the only other available room had the same issue with the AC. Fortunately the apartment close by (also belongs to the hotel) was available and that had AC working, so we moved there. So overall, not a huge issue, especially if it's not hot outside, just the ACs in the rooms need fixing/changing. One other thing is that you can hear the rooftop bar and/or your neighbours a lot. But the music stopped sometimes after 11pm and also the neighbours went to bed around 12pm, so wasn't a big issue for us, though bear this in mind when traveling with kids, might be more difficult for them to sleep.

Rooftop spa is totally worth it. Just be careful of ice if its below freezing :) the bar downstairs is also pretty nice for a little drink.

There isnt much natural light in the rooms it seems. The window/door couls use an upgrade probably, but it isnt a deal breaker.

tiny attic room with a very low ceiling, where we banged our headsvery noisy room, you could hear people's conversations in other rooms, the dog barking at night and the regular humming of some equipmentspa is too expensive. Can only be booked for 1 hour for 59eur or for 2 hours for 99eur, anyway a week before our stay it was unavailable in the evening

Great location, very modern, sleek and clean!

Walls are very thin and can here everything that’s happening in the other room, all I can say is being woke up at 3am having their time of their life is not what I wanted

Friendly helpfu staff

The mosquitoes! Beware anyone planning to stay here during warmer months. No insect screens on windows and our room had an infestation of mosquitoes buzzing all night. Had to take mattress of bed and sleep in bathroon. Surely a small enough expense for hotel to get these fixed on at least on window per room to ensure paying guests enjoy a restful sleep!

The breakfast was great, very kind personnel and nice clean rooms.

The corridors were so heavily parfumed with a "leather" scent, that it was quite uncomfortable to stay more than a few seconds there.Also the rooms were so dark colored, that even with the lights on I could barely find my things in the room. Inside the hotel you have the feeling that the sun is down, even when it's a bright sunny day outside.

The hotel itself has a very good standard quality.

We got a strange room with windows to another emoty and super dirty room. This was really ugly.

The breakfast was plentiful and rich.The staff was professional and kind.The room was spacious and comfortable.The hotel itself had a nice and unique vibe.Parking was easily accessible and close to the hotel.We were satisfied with our stay.

The comfort of the bed was okay.Unfortunately we could not use the jacuzzi because a reservation needs to be made.

Welcoming hotel near to the town centre Mamas Bar next door is great

The best part of the hotel was the staff - they are kind, helpful and patient. The rooftop wellness is great with a beautiful view to the city but 49€ for an hour is a bit too much..

The room was exceptionally tiny - so small that we couldn't open the bathroom door because the bed was in the way.. (room n. 310) The window opened to the garden terrace where people sit and smoke so you don't have privacy at all and at night you can't open it because of the mosquitoes..The room was not only small but very dark as well and I would appreciate more thorough cleaning as well.

The staff were really friendly and kind, roof top spa is amazing but good to book in advance.

Centrally located hotel with helpful and flexible staff members. We were very much satisfied with their communication and their attitude towards our stay. BIG PLUS on management approach. From the hotel, you can reach the castle within 10 mins walk, main square is even closer. Recommended for stay.

Good location for the old part of town. Nice apartment and safe parking( but you do have to pay extra for that. 4.90per night.) .air conditioning was a nice to have..

Apartment had cooking facilities but equipment to cook with was very poor..one frying pan ..no saucepans or anything to use in the oven..Also the breakfast was poor..lots of choice which should have been great but .we stayed 2 nights and both mornings the hot food was cold, and when items ran out it took ages for them to bring out more..such a shame.
