Hotel Comfort with free Wellness and Fitness Centrum

My room was separated from the adjacent room by a thin locked door, which I mistaken for a bathroom door at first. Zero soundproofing, I could hear every word my neighbour said. Stained chairs and carpet. Complicated parking situation. Otherwise all good, nice breakfast.

The accommodation was very pleasant, and the breakfast was tasty and varied. The staff was friendly, and the hotel is located right in the city center.

The room was very spacious! The terrace was amazingly big, unfortunately due cold weather we did not enjoy it as much as we could. The TV was OK. The toilet as well. Breakfast was completely OK. They served everything you´d expect... some sausages, cheese, ham, mussli, croissants, coffee, tea... water.. so for a weekend, or event a bit longer stay completely usable. The fitness downstairs was also pretty ok, jacuzzi and the sauna are in the same room, so the positive about it is that its private during the reserved time, and no one else will be there with you. Infra sauna is for one person, or two very tiny people.

To our surprise the jacuzzi in the bathroom was not working, and we took the room just because that, so hopefully the management will take care of it. In 4 star hotels you´d expect some water to be offered, plus some tea coffee with the kettle, but unfortunately this was not the case. So after sauna we had to go to the bar and buy the tea there. This should be fixed.

There was no electricity in the room and in the bathroom. Roof lights were ok though. Seemed a temporary issue, in my room solely, however I could not charge my phone or watch TV.

Very helpful staff, I needed to change a reservation last minute and they were vety kind and helpful.The breakfast was perfect.

The friendliness of the receptionist - we had great, long chats. Breakfasts were good. Stunning view from breakfast room. Comfortable bed. Good shower - easy to use - for once!

Dirty, paperthin walls, could hear everything in the hallway and other rooms. We left and book another hotel

Good hotel close to city center and main attractions. Big room with a comfortable bed. Good breakfast.

No AC in room, too hot to sleep. Very limited breakfast. Poor shower. Four star description appears generous!

The hotel was centrally located and the room was a good size. There was a working air-conditioning, internet was good speed. The beds were also comfortable. Breakfast and fitness centre were ok.

The hotel felt neglected and it is in a desperate need of renovation, the walls and room carpets were filthy. The furniture looked tired and the whole place was just grubby, including the breakfast room. There was a black mold in our toilet. The lighting was weak and the whole place was just dark.

The staff was very nice - they even accommodated my need for glutenfree breakfast which was highly appreciated! The gym is not too useful as the equipment barely works and is old and cranky but f you want to simple move your body a bit its fine. The saunas within wellness were super nice. we greatly appreciated the free backdoor parking and the time of the check out being 12:00. Location is superb - just a short walk of 3mins to the center. Overall our stay was very nice - thanks!

There were some slight issues with the cleanliness in the bathroom, minifridge and wellness. Nothing crazy, just a few details worth looking at.

Wellness is only on the paper… always closed… you need to tell the hotel min day in advance. The beds are very basic and need replacements

Great and quiet location.

This is not a 4 star hotel. The facilities are a bit outdated, and you can hear too much of what is happening in the corridor. The wellness centre is really small consisting of a small pool and 2 saunas from which only one was working.

Location was easy to find on GPS , room was ok clean and Breakfast was good , in front of the hotel I find a parking place .

Good wifi

I booked room with double bed, balcony and welcome drink. But I got room without balcony ain't there no welcome drink. I said that I want to complain, but the reception said that I can complain in the rewiev... It was very rude, I was shocked by this attitude. The bed was pushed from two single beds, without a mattress in the middle, so it was impossible to sleep in the middle of bed. The pillows was very big, uncomfortable.
