The breakfast was great - the location excellent for our needs.

I like a hard bed BUT this bed was soooooo hard, that it was very uncomfortable and i was in pain the next day.

Location, access to the center, expo area. Staff is really nice, trying to be helpful. Pillows and bed were comfy.

Hotel parking is around 500m away from hotel. Parking in front of hotel is almost impossible. Even while loading bagage on/off you are breaching traffic regulations. Hope i will not get fines.Half board wasn't possible at first night. It's vietnamese restaurant, so you can choose only from vietnamese kitchen.Rooms are cold. Room was clean, but sink was smelling. Like nobody was in the room for a while. I had to splash lot of water to remove odour.There is big open space in the middle of hotel, so every morning you smell restaurant during breakfast preparation. Also odour from smoking from lobby bar is going up.

I was nicely surprised about the hotel quality. Interior premises as well as the room looks very nice, all very well cleaned and no issues occurred during our stay - all was good.Location of the hotel is in the middle of city center, breakfast tasty, room size was fit for 2 persons, shower big enough.Hotel restaurant available at hotel premises as well as terrace

- little bummer is leaving the room until 10AM, not until noon- shower had no shelf inside to keep there shower get ...- beds were tough, but still acceptable- The receptionist should give a smile a little bit more :)

The room was a huge disappointment: run down, dodgy furniture, barley any lighting, the TV didn't work - a very-very far cry from a 4* hotel.

Parking 12 euros per night away from the hotel with poor directions, door knobs, chairs falling apart, very small room for the price, elevator stopped working maybe just bad luck,

The location is absolute blast.

There is no temporary parking space in front of hotel and it is necessary to pick up parking card to park in their garage. The restaurant/bar was closed.

No free parking (we parked 400m away on a parking which was free on sunday).Breakfast is from 7 to 10, but when we came at 9 they were already out of various bread and croissants.

Hotel did not turn on airconditioning even when there was 32 degrees outside. There weas just a fan on, that made a lot of noise.

It is comfortable old styled hotel in the old town. It is quiet in the room if keep widow closed. There are kettle, small fridge, AC, bathrobe and toiletry kit in the room.

Noisy AC. It would be good to have a shelf in a shower.

Not a courtesy water in the room for being a 4 stars hotel. Poor breakfast with no fruits or yogurts. It looks very sad and old fashioned.

The location was nice and the overall hotel was nice.

They changed our room and the quality of the room, and didn't tell us. Only when I asked did they acknowledge it and then agreed to pay for parking since the room we ended up with was of a lesser quality than booked. They said they couldn't pay us back because we had booked through a third party, Booking.com.
