Rooms nice size and very clean

Very clean. Rooms excellent. Breakfast excellent.

Obviously, if another person joins from outside and they have mentioned to you multiple times to place any extra charges, for breakfast or even coffee, on the room, the staff should recognize that and stop asking each day. It's such a nice hotel.

breakfast was great although not as great in the hotel in Prague I stayed before (and the one in Bratislava I stayed in afterwards) and which had about the same price; the location of the hotel is in a quiet area, so no problems with noise, there is a gym, a sauna and a (fairly small) swimming pool which is great, rooms & hallways are large and fairly modern equipped,

it was not possible to regulate the temperature in my room as I would have preferred: it was much to warm in the room during the night - and opening the window the small extent it was possible didn't help, so I pointed that out at the reception the next morning and was promised that they would resolve it - when I came back to the hotel in the evening of that day, I had to learn that nothing was resolved - so I pointed that out again at the reception - but opening the window completely (they needed a special key for that which was not available at that time to the receptionist) was still not possible - they suggested to switch on the AC - which was not a good solution as it was extremely noisy - in the end, such an experience leaves the guest fairly disappointed: regulating the room temperature should be straightforward in a hotel which claims to have 4 stars, also the opening times of the gym & sauna could be longer, they were surprisingly restrictive

Dining staff for evening meal were a little absent. Other than that, great stay.

Nice hotel in the center ouskirt

Room was a bit musty. Building ruin in the front of the hotel.

Parking included, comfortable room and bed.

Poor choice of TV programs.Breakfast- rich choice but but gummy waffles , hard butter, awful coffee .

The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious.

The water in the spa was a bit too cold.

Clean, smart, professional

Breakfast massively dependent on the day and they are obviously determined not to have left overs, so when it’s gone it’s gone. Definitely felt like we were in the way slightly, staff seemed more interested in the various conference guests in various days.

The hotel was very modern with a large, convenient, well-equipped, nice room. The service at the hotel including the restaurant was at very high level. All food was especially delicious.

Modern hotel a little bit out of citi center (1,5 km), with own parking, swimming pool and restaurant. Not fare from railway station. nice and modern design. Clean room and bathroom. Spacious room.

Clean, spaciousness, very kind staff (besides the restaurant staff)

Although everyone around were kind, i had an unpleasant incident at breakfast. There were no staff around (at least when i was there), i had a cup of coffee in my hand that i wanted to reuse, i was looking for a sink to pour my coffee left-over, so i went to the staff-less bar in the breakfast room. As mentioned - there were no staff around or anyone to ask if i can use the sink at the bar.suddenly someone came from the kitchen (she looked like a head of staff) and started *shouting* at me that the sink is her space and i am not allowed to go behind the bar. Even if so, i think there are more pleasant ways to talk to a guest! I did not even know it is "her" space, or that i am not allowed to go near the bar. i dont know my ways around the hotel. she could have conversed with me more gentle, rather than shouting/barking at me. i felt actually hurt and it made my stay there for the rest of the day unpleasant . i left the breakfast immediately after, not finishing my food, so that i dont have to see her.

Very spacious and pleasantly arranged room, with very comfortable bed, quiet and comfy environment. Never slept better in the hotel yet. Altogether, definitely, the best hotel in town.

The kitchen could be open till later in the evening, right now is was only available up to 7.30 PM.

Especially receptionists are really kind. They helped to solve all my problems during my stay. I feel very good because of them. Besides, I am also grateful for cleaning.
