Room size, comfy bed, awesome breakfadt

Shower need a good clean

We had a large quiet room at the back of the hotel. It had no air conditioning but we didn’t need it at this time of year. Location near the river and 300m walk to town was good. The breakfast room was very modern and light with lovely furnishings. The secure bicycle storage room right near reception was easy to access, large, with charging g points for e-bikes and repair facilities.

Liked the location but the facilities were limited and the room was a bit cold. Staff were brilliant organising bike hire from a local supplier.

Hotel in a grest position in town, central but easy to get there by car. Rooms very wide and comfortable, complete and rich breakfast buffet. Quiet place, great staff!

The only negative point is the shower for which I expected to see the overhead system instead of the handset one. No other negative notes.

Very friendly staff, great location, good breakfast and plenty of free parking.

Mattresses are a bit too firm and the one pillow provided is VERY soft, so unless you are used to this it’s not easy to sleep. One English language TV channel would be good, but it’s Germany so why should they.

Corridor carpets very dirty (vomit?) all along the corridor to the room entrance and in the room

The room was very spacious, very clean and very warm. We had a corner bath and a separate shower, both of which were excellent. The breakfast was superb. It was continental style, but also included scrambled eggs and bacon.Staff were all quite young, but were excellent - very friendly, helpful and spoke far better English than I speak German!

The beds are a bit firm, but the only real issue was the pillow - one single square continental pillow which was so soft and flat it may as well have been a pillowcase. Improve the pillows and the rating would have been even higher

Hotel is in a quiet street and in walking distance to the city center with a nice Italian restaurant only 150m away from the hotel. Free parking space next to the hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room was tidy and had a good size.

Quality- & variety of the breakfast has lots of space for improvement.

the staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. the bicycle garage was great! the shower was superbly!

it was quite loud because it’s on a main road. the air in the room wasn’t nice and temperature was too hot even though I put off the heating. the air was extremely dry and I woke up after turning and tossing with a sour throat. the lights of the street shown through the side of the curtains and door. the Bed wasn’t comfortable, the pillow was horrible.
