Everything was perfect! The room, the staff, the location on the square and fantastic breakfast!!

Room 102 was splendid! Large room with high wooden beamed ceiling, 2 windows overlooking the beautiful square, comfortable bed, and modern bath with enormous tub and small shower.

Great location and we reserved a parking space months in advance - that was a good thing as thre were not many spaces available. The breakfast was good and served in a nice area.

We travel a great deal. This was the least friendly and helpful staff.

Location is very good apart of parking is like 300m away.

Property is very dated, all is very old- furniture, bathrooms, carpets. Receptionists should be nicer, not a good customer service apart of young intern working in the restaurant during breakfast who was happy to explain us where to go etc.

No air conditioning in the nice and very spacious room. As the room is facing the main square at night you must close the windows because of the noise since it’s a very very busy square. But without air conditioning you roasting in the room and therefore very difficult to have a good sleep Also the breakfast selection is very very poor. Very little choice and lower quality

It was very hot in the room in the summer and a very unpleasant automatic light turn off in the bathroom.

Amazing spacious clean rooms in this gem of a hotel in the cutest little town. Good breakfast and very nice staff. So much charm and character present in its surroundings.

Nothing to dislike.Word of advice to the owner/ manager - please put 1 mirror in the room - the only one mirror in the bathroom is not enough for a family to get ready :)

The bathroom light was automatic and too bright and woke everyone up when we needed the toilet at night. Please replace with a night light and don’t put a bed outside the door!

I reserved a Double or twin room at an extra price and i was checked in a Economy room that was really bad, and when i went to talk to the reception the attitude was really unfriendly and bad. The pictures put on booking in Double room are not the ones in reality. I will never come back to this hotel and do not recommend it to anyone.

The location couldn’t be any better, but on the night of our stay there was a festival in the town square and the noise of the people in the square continued all night; the windows couldn’t be opened due to the noise and the room was very hot as a consequence.Convenient bicycle room facilities right next to reception.

There was a good variety of food at breakfast.

The "smart" light and fan in the bathroom did not turn off, and the decor in the rooms and common areas was a little faded.

The apartment was with very old and destroyed furniture, there were stains on the carpet, spider webs on corners, and there was nothing in the room as listed here. Breakfast was very basic and poor with warm meals.Big disappointment as it is one of the most expensive hotels around. Not worth the 4 stars assigned.

The stuff was very friendly and all service was very good. The hotel is very nocely decoratwd and in a great location in the very city centre. Our room was into the inner yard and was very quite.

This is 4 stars hotel due to wellness (but no swimming pool) but in essence is 3 star. Breakfast is for sure on that level. Design is very old fashioned but at least was clean. We were satisfied with dinner in hotel restaurant. Stuff was pleasent.

Breakfast should be appropriate for that price (and our room had "view" on the wall).

I needed a late check-in and this was the only hotel in Třeboň on Booking.com with 24/7 reception. The location is great - right next to the historical city center.
