Poor choice of food! Food is not fresh! NO coffee on the machine! Badly understaffed!

This hotel was wonderful! Everything was spotless and felt brand new. The restaurant on the bottom floor was amazing—we had some of the best food of our trip there. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. We had a really early flight the next morning, and they even took us to the airport in their own car, which was such a kind gesture. Overall, an excellent stay and we’d definitely come back.

Very fiendly People. Specially men that welcome me and show the parking underground for my motorcycle. Good breakfast.

The location was little bit far from public transportations. The reception lady was rude.

Location isn't bad but it's next to a very busy road.

One of the worst hotels I've seen. The pictures were totally different than the room. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on, a rock would have been more comfortable. We left a day early because of this and let the 2nd night go unused. The TV is terribly small with no channel options. The bathroom window is covered from the restaurant and you can hear the music through the wall. You can hear people talking through the night from the other room. Stains on the bed sheets and there was no housekeeping during our stay. Avoid at all costs!!!

No room amenities - no kettle and some rooms don't have mini fridge

The street is rather busy, but the hotel is easy to reach by car. Big advantage was the covered garage under the hotel.Rooms clean, spacious. AC saved our lives :-)Possibility to stay with a pet dog.Good choice for the price.

The street close to the hotel is rather dirty, however the landlords do maximum to keep close surrounding in the best shape possible.

Close to the airport- i came by foot. Clean and new, good breakfast included.

No tissues and trash can in the rooms.

The rooms were cleaned and tidy,, the staff were friendly,Location near to airport and other places.

It was amazing. Very comfortable, clean and high range of hospitality. Breakfast was delicious, served a la carte.

There were stains on carpet, ceiling No phone so staff kept knocking on our doorI booked for two people but was charged for one at desk then staff came to my door to get 60 marks more

Home-like feeling, very kind owners and personnel, always available to share a good piece of advice and/or help. Comfort also for the car, in underground garage. Rooms are clean, have all what you might need.

Not a complaint, just a suggestion: breakfast could offer a few more different beverages (apple juice, water, coffee perhaps). Otherwise all perfect, mostly home made (e.g. delicious bread!)

Staff was very, very kind and helpful, although my only speaking English wasn't helpful ... but that's on me. Big room, big bath. Could tell the staff took pride in the room. The free breakfast was delicious and a very nice bonus.

There was a spot on my carpet by the door that had pet urine that I put a towel over. I brought it to the attention and they were highly concerned and I'm sure addressed it.

The staffs are friendly, the breakfast is nice and the room is cosy.

All the staff including Maeda, Aelia, Alan, Emin, and the Chef (I forgot to ask her name) are courteous, cooperative, and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and fulfilling. They are building a brand new 4 storey hotel next door to their existing property. Good luck. Thank you!

Helpful pleasant staff. Good size room, comfortable bed, great location close to airport, clean, decent breakfast.

We needed some things in the room and the staff were very responsive. It was easy to find off the highway. Breakfast was good. Shower n air cond great.the parking was under cover.

They are currently doing works but this was not too disturbing. In this country they can smoke in restaurants.

Nice and clean, very kind People, parking included. Breakfast was excellent.

Very central and close to everything. Private parking always vacant and close to the rooms. Rooms were clean and tidy. The personal was really kind and friendly and always ready to help.

We had breakfast included however the breakfast was alright/moderate. It could’ve been better with pancakes or something else as variety.
