- This hotel is old - but the location is fabulous and the kitchen excellent. Three meals a day - buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner with entree buffet, main course, cheese and desert. Wine and water is included for lunch and dinner. The atmosphere was really cosy. The restaurant is literally at the beach and sun beds are available. The water is crystal clear and the view is magnificent. You can walk along the beach to Ile-Rousse in 5-10 minutes. Joseph Charles is a perfect place for a week at the beach.
