L'Escale Côté Sud

The proximity of the hotel to the beach and the main part of town couldn’t be beat. The room was large and comfortable with a great balcony and ocean view. Staff was great too!

This was not a deal breaker, but we were on the first floor and there was a little noise from the cars going by at times in front of the hotel (the man hole rattled). The train was not an issue at all as there were only a few that passed by.

From the outside the hotel seaes small and merged with the others buidlings, but the inside is astonishing: well organised with clean and modern rooms.The rooms with the sea view have a lovely balcony and a spectacular view on the sea.

They do not have a parking, but there is a large public parking near by.

What a fabulous hotel in an excellent location. The room was large and well equipped with a wonderful sea view. We enjoyed drinks, dinner and breakfast in the restaurant, all were excellent. Without exception all of the staff were very friendly especially the two receptionists who went out of their way to accommodate our wishes. Would most definitely recommend this lovely hotel.

The AC in the room gave a weird sound even when it was switched off, not that loud but still enough to annoy. We didn’t call the staff for it because it was late, we were tired and we didn’t want to change the room. I slept with AirPods for not hearing it.

The location was perfect and apart for the AC the rest of the room was fine.

The AC is necessary in this weather, but it's positioned to blow straight into the sleepers' face. Really not optimal.

Excellent location, central to all amenities of the town, minutes walk from train station / car parks and beaches. Really helpful staff, who allowed us access after normal hours to store / collect our luggage on learning that our 23.30hrs ferry to Toulon was delayed by 2 hours. Our second stay at this hotel and would happily return.

Smell of cigarette smoke in our room on arrival. Disappointing for a non-smoking hotel, but did not raise it with staff as probably due to a window having being left open on to street below. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.

View, location, room decor and cleanliness

Very nice place with excellent location. Sandrine was working at the reception when we arrived. We had issues with our rental car and she was extremely helpful helping us to get through the rental company. The staffs were very welcoming. We’ll definitively recommend to our family and friends.

Good location near train station and ferry dock, town center. Staff very helpful.

We loved this beautiful hotel spot so close to the beach and Le Rendez Vous had a splendid breakfast and dinner was exceptional.

Having Drinks on the Balcony overlooking the Sea

everything. stunning views from room and restaurant. quality of food. convenient for train. nice calming decor. Everything worked. French window onto balcony so clean I walked into it one morning. lovely staff.

The view it’s unbelievable.

The smell. I had to buy an air freshener to be able to resist inside.The room and especially the bathroom, needs to be repaired.

Lovely hotel. Near old town and the beach. Friendly staff in the reception. L' Escale restaurant was very good.

Amazing view of the bay. Lovely bright room. Nice bed. Great location near to amenities.

Very central location, close to a nice beach and to restaurants. Good size room with a balcony and a see view. A parking is possible appox. 200 m from the hotel and costs 10 euros a day. Very attentive and friendly manager. We didn't try the breakfast in the hotel, hence cannot review it.We liked our stay at the hotel and will be glad to come back again.
