Öreg Miskolcz Hotel

The restaurant, very good fish dishes,

Some repair on bathroom would be timely.

Polite an helpful staff. Large room and comfy bed. Excellent breakfast with great variety of choices.

This is a gem Lovely hotel just off. It’s centre Well appointed room and lovely staff even brought me tea to my room after arrival

The parking in front the hotel

It was a bad experience The hotel was decorated very poorly We couldn’t sleep we heard everything from the next room no hot water And very poor breakfast

Great restaurant, clean and warm room.

Great location, clean, spacious, quiet. Staff are very friendly.

When checking out the payment machine wasn’t working properly and took a bit longer than expected

Cute hotel in a nice place, awesome staff, comfortable location, good breakfast.

Inner soundproofing might be better - when someone in a neighbouring room starts showering, it was sound like it had happened in our room.

Friendly staff, excellent restaurant in the hotel, central location

Staff were nice

I wasn't clean and have no shampoo or soap. We found alot of ants next to the bed. Sheets weren't clean enough. My daughter woke up with rash on her.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, we arrived by car and they provided us with a private parking space that was closed during the night. The hotel is pretty old fashioned and in an old building. The breakfast was good and our son really enjoyed the variety that was offered. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable.

The room had an old carpet and it looked like it needed some deep cleening.

Precise booking, reception service, and always smiling and helpful staff. They let me one more hour delay with the checkout as a bonus. I received exactly the room I requested. The breakfast was very nice with hot and cold options including some pastries and three kinds of pate.

excellent hotel . special decoration. very big room. excellent restaurant also for dinner. very helpful team. great location

Large comfortable room. Good free parking. Evening meal in the restaurant very good and nice breakfast.

Liked the staff , their service , accommodative, helpful & going out of way to serve what you want ??

Nothing apart from the very helpful staff. Don't ever stay here. The corridor smelled, and the carpets seemed to have been unwashed for years. Our room stank of cigarettes and hadn't been renovated for decades. The air conditioning wasn't able to cope with the 36°C outside; it gave off "unfresh" air. The walls are thin, and you hear everything from the corridor. I paid a premium price compared to other hotels in the area, and I still can't believe how low-quality this place is. It's a one-star hotel, not four. I felt like I was going back to communist times. The whole hotel, apart from reception downstairs and the restaurant, literally stank.

Everything apart from very helpful staff.

Love the art deco style , especially the furnishing which reflect the period . Friendly desk staff , free parking and a decent breakfast also good. Location is perfect .

Cheap breakfastGreat locationNice staffConvenient parking spotsModern bathroom and room

Old elevator that does not always work properlyOld common areas

Good location, cleanliness and friendly staff

Basic amenities, below average breakfast

The reception staff was nice and helpful. The barman in the evening was pretty nice, made great drinks and was very friendly. Kudos!

Breakfast at 9 was already pretty empty, they did not add new food once the dish was emptied. Spoons ran out during the breakfast and new spoons were not added, staff responsible for the people in the area was on the phone checking tik-tok or something.

Private parking, pet-friendly, great location, friendly staff!

The mattress could be more comfy. The breakfast is little bit poor. There are a lot of cafes in walking distance, where you can have a tasty breakfast (the nice one is Balance Taste Gallery).
