The room and bathroom were big and spacious, clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. There was free parking.

Heating radiators were turned off during the night. Internet was very slow.The staff should know English better, especially waiters at the hotel restaurant. Either they don't speak English well or don't want to speak English on purpose, which makes the communication difficult for foreigners. We had unpleasant experience with the waitress at the restaurant. After the dinner the waitress shouted across the restaurant "write room, write room". I couldn't understand what she reffered to, as we already told our room number before the dinner. She tried to explain that the dinner was not for free and that we should pay. I told her that we knew that the dinner was not for free and that we would pay the other day during checkout. At every hotel I stayed in all extra costs were put on the room number account and I paid during checkout. This was really emberrassing experince.

Location very close to the thermal pools, nice jacuzzi, excellent breakfast with choice of Hungarian products. It offers discounted tickets to the pools!

The furniture seems a bit old-fashioned but on the other hand it goes along with the style of the hotel.

Good localisation, close to main atractions of Miskolc. Very good breakfast. Restaurant inside open to 21.30

Personal was kind, doing their best, trying to help as much as possible - giving advices, explaining. Food was very good and there were enough options for breakefast and dinner.. Rooms were kept clean, beds were really comfortable.

Rooms were poorly equipted:- I am used that at bathroom there is a soap at the bath, and second at the sink, but here was only soap to wash hands, so we must buy another soap to use it at bath.- The air at the room was really bad, with only one window and no air movement outside there was no possibility to change, also the temperature was really high. No air-condition, only one small (old) fan. What was noisy and not enough to cool room down.- At the bigger room there was small kitchen, but kitchen without towel to dry your hands or equipment after washing.- At the room description was written "Coffee machine" but it meant one small jug to put on the cook.

Great location, friendly staff, clean room, great food! A discounted pass if offered for purchase for the cave bath closeby.The front desk lady goes above and beyond to meet guest expectations.

The hotel does NOT have air conditioning in the rooms! It was awfully warm in our room during the day and night. It was hard to sleep in the heat (I only slept in the morning hours once some cool air started coming in through the open windows).. I mentioned the front desk person as we were leaving that the the hotel is nice, but not having air conditioning in the middle of summer is brutal and it definitely took away from our experience. I also wish they had a pool (they only have a jacuzzi and sauna).Also, the largest room they have is a suite (1 bedroom + living room) with 2 beds. I requested one with three beds for us, but the email response I received before the trip was not accommodating. So I ended up sharing a bed with my dad (not ideal) so my son could have his own room/bed. I heard from another guest there are suites with 2 twins and a sofabed but despite my request for 3 beds before the trip, we got one queen in the bedroom and 1 sofabed in the living room.

I arrived before midnight, a smiling and very friendly receptionist was waiting for me. Clean rooms, excellent breakfast.

Spaceous and clean room. The location is great and very close to the thermal baths. There is a free parking place with video surveillance. The breakfast was okey.All in all very good!

Internet connection was mostly unavailable in the whole hotel even if the wi-fi signal was strong. Fortunatelly, during the time when it was available, we managed to get the most important information (public transport schedules, weather, maps, opening hours, ...).The sauna is opened only until 20:00.

A lovely hotel; we were pleasantly surprised when our double room turned out to be a large bright suite, complete with two couches, a eating area overlooking geranium-filled window boxes and an efficiency kitchen. Breakfast area/restaurant has a cozy hunting lodge feel. The front desk receptionist went out of her way to find details of an upcoming concert we were interested in.

Wonderful hotel. Great place to stay for the cave baths. The buffet dinner was a bonus for us and the food was great.

It is a very nice place to stay!Nice and helpful staff. We had breakfast and dinner included with our apartment and I must say food was delicious! Location awesome close to cave bath and city centre. I used to come here as a child so I came back after 23 years and I found it as I expect.

Unfortunately no air conditioner. Which would be the plus in such a hot weather. They did provide a fan but only one for 3 rooms. We didn’t asked for another one I don’t know why ?

Extremely friendly and helpful front desk .The location is very close to the cave bath. The dinner and breakfast was really good. Breakfast buffet had a large selection and fresh vegetables. The room was well priced.

very nice hotel! We lived in a comfortable apartment with a kitchen. Delicious rich dinner and breakfast in a stylish restaurant, very friendly waiters.

Quiet place of the Hotel, no any noise from the street. Good breakfast which is included into the price.

Floor carpet cover is really to old and need to be replaced. Restaurant could be closed early evening, so check if you could have diner there.

EVerything, I am returning guest to that hotel. Good bath, kitchen is fantastic!! Restaurant has perfect design, as per my ideasExcellent place!

Hotels was well maintained. Breakfast and dinner was good

Very very bad internet connection. Staff not ready to change room after telling them my discomfort. TV had no English movies channel

Very nice and helpful staff! Everything was extremely clean! The breakfast was wonderful and the restaurant is very cozy!

The only thing we were disappointed that out of the season the restaurant didn't work :( and we had to look for dinner in Miskolc. It's good to write on the facilities when the restaurant is closed.

The room was fantastic. The hotel was cute and clean and well located.

The restaurant staff was a bit off-handish, but the food was tasty.
