Well constructed place with fine details! Very nice and helpful stuff!

First of all you can only select beverages from the HELL company and its dramatic!! Cheap s..t product on a high level and price place.. Second thing, is the price list is nonsense.. its just Miskolc not Hollywood!

I had a wonderful weekend at Avalon Resort & Spa! Everything was absolutely perfect — the entire place is beautifully maintained, the staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming, and the food was simply delicious. It was a truly relaxing and memorable getaway!

Like always, it's a pleasure to stay here. It's the second time here after 2 years and iit's a wonderfull surprise to see that they are taking verry good care of the place.We will definitely come back.Thank you to the staff , they are verry nice and polite and ready always to help you and take care of your needs.

Very expensive food, very small gym for such a location. Only 4 machines.

The hotel room was excellent, equipped with everything a couple might need during their stay. The breakfast was abundant and everything was very delicious. The hotel complex has several à la carte restaurants, and a particular advantage is that you can charge the meals to your room. The presence of a go-kart track within the complex was the ultimate highlight, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The wellness area was clean, and during our visit, it was used by few people, making it perfect.

Beautiful location at Miskolctapolca, great wellness facilities, restaurants, gokart center and the best buffet breakfast we ever had. It was an absolutely unforgettable memory.

In hotel room air-con was out-of-order because of lack of air-filter replacement. As a consequence there were 27 degrees Celsius constantly in hotel room without any option to adjust it. I believe for a 5-star hotel this type of maintenance work should be carried out according to schedule. On top of that in hotel restaurant, which was all-the-time full with up-and-down running children, I acquired a gastroenteritis, which made my memories truly unforgettable.

Everything is really great, absolutely recommended for families with kids. The SPA is also amazing. Sauna session is probably the best we ever experienced.

On Sunday the breakfast was great, the variety of food choices is amazing, but some dishes quickly ran out, and we had to wait almost 40 minutes for them to be refilled. However, on Monday, the breakfast was a bit reduced (for example, there was no more seafood).

Great place to spend a couple of days relaxing. Pools, massage, sauna, kids entertainment with an outdoor park and karts as well as indoor activities

A bit expensive and every activity was additional cost. Food and service in restaurants could be improved

Excellent location for relaxation and recharging. We spent three nights and we enjoyed the spa and the delicious food from the two restaurants. The water in pool is hot and we had a bar from where we ordered cocktails. We also tried the karts and the race was amazing.

Well not always was someone at the bar but we ordered from the room.

loved all children facilities, our 4yo daughter enjoyed all of them so much especially the "circling water ' in the outdoor pool

at least for our daughter the child meals in the restaurant were too spicy

Little far from closest shop to walk but 5-10min with car and its sorted.

It was very good place for stay! Staff is very friendly.Cleanse was perfect.Warm outside swimming pool-just perfect.One of the Best breakfast I ever seen in hotels!Great spa with spa rituals!Must visit place!

Dinner could be better in every way. But for hotel restaurant- it was not bad.

Verry nice and cozy resort. Perfect for familly with children. The water in the pool was perfect, not to cold not to hot, you have everything you need inside the resort.The breakfast verry good wirh anything you want.We will defienetly come back.

We only stated one night and they had a power cut the whole evening. We couldn't use anything. I appreciate that a power cut isn't their fault but at 280 euro for the night, they should have offered a refund as it wasn't our fault either.

Beautiful place, friendly staff and service. Highly recommend and love to return soon. Overall a great experience.
