Food is exceptional ! I will stay with them again.

To extend my stay did not work out, staff was a a tad indifferent.

The food was very good. This is the first time we had ever booked half board and the dinner was much better than expected.

No hair conditioner. It's hard to understand why a hotel would offer shampoo, but not conditioner. The artwork in the stairways was most unappealing. The lobby was nicely decorated as was the dining room with large murals. The wellness center had colored lights and a nice design throughout. It was surprising to find the artwork in the stairways was rather hideous after seeing all of the rest of the hotel, so nicely decorated

We got 2 rooms but on the opposite end of the building so plenty of walk had to be done between the 2 locations

The property was very clean, the staff was kind and the facilities provided were also great. I recommend checking out the gym (which is small but the equipment is modern), and the wellness area is exceptional.

The restaurant was… not the best.

This hotel surprised us, it exceeded our expectations for the price- value ratio, since it was off-season, the prices were very good, but we went for the spa section mostly and it exceeded our expectations. You can even pay by bitcoin that is adapting new technologies what i appreciate, the breakfast was very decent everything seemed freshly made, nice coffee machine, variety of teas, cheeses, hams, eggs, pastries, some yogurts, juices - the normal continental type it was alright. The rooms were very clean the bathroom as well, since the hotel wasn't very large the windows could be opened which were good since the heating was working too good it was very warm inside, despite setting the temperature lower. The spa had a very large heated jacuzzi, a decent swimming pool, a huge dry sauna, with sauna sessions, salt room, infrasauna room, everything you need for a spa. The spa area was very large airy space which I liked a lot. Sadly didn't have time to try out their massage services since we went to visit the city as well didn't have enough time,

They do not have enough marketing for how good this was - I contacted them beforehand we could have made some ugc content that they could use on their social media - the spa area was much better than we anticipated, sad they do not use fresh and new type of marketing only the "old way"- same for website

Clean and nice rooms.

I had to pay tourism tax but I'm local resident. The other receptionist admitted that it was a mistake but I didn't get compensation.

Clean and new room and bathroom, we love d the SPA and the breakfast too

Very nice hotel with good location nearby the Ellipsum aqua park. Rooms were nice and clean and staff very friendly. We have enjoyed the stay in this hotel.

The water in swimming pool was cold

It was a bit too warm in the building

Room was spacious, clean, mini-fridge equipped, bathrobes, massage, food, across the road of the big swimming and thermal place.

The water in the jacuzzi was not 33-35 on Friday evening. Saturday was warm.

Can be better breakfast choice.No kettle in room.No choice of person who doing massages. Planned do more massages but prefer woman.Don't like way how was done massage.Very strong-too strong smell of chlorine in pool area. Not used pool because of strong smell of chlorine.After sauna used shower cabin- next door after salt room. Probably drain was blocked because on floor still was water from previous person who used shower.

located in a industrial park , not a treed park location. Artificial turf not "real grass"on the property.Rooms are modern and clean, but renovations going on the hallways.I fail to see a 4 STAR award for a place like this. Lilafured Palota has 4 STAR as well . Lilafured has CLASS and atruly beautiful place, you can not compare it with Hotel Aurora!!!

Unsafe jaccuzi pool. Steep step without proper hand rail. I fell and hurt myself luckily I do not suffer serious injury.Assistant manager has the recorded tape of my accident. Offered token restitution, and claimed that the jaccuziis "just fine" we had cancel our second day stay since I was worried to use the jaccuzi pool.They calim as a WELLNESS hotel, but it was an injury hotel. We went to Lilafured Palota Hotel. It was truly a superbexperience, safe jaccuzi, gorgeous gardens MAGNIFICENT truly 4 Star hotel!

Nice wellness area, spacious hotel room, very kind staff, excellent dinner and Breakfast. Availaible safe deep parking. I 100% recommend this Hotel ??

Comfortable rooms and nice, relaxing wellness area. Excellent food in the restaurant, both breakfast and dinner, best hotel breakfast I had in Hungary. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Place is close to Cave Baths.

Everything was excellent!The location of the hotel is very good in relation to the cave bath.The hotel facilities are very nice, modern and everywhere was clean. We had a nice big room with a beautiful view to the mountains. There was good internet connection. The spa facilities were excellent we really enjoyed everything, I personally liked the salt-room. We stayed there half board. The food was excellent, with a great choice of various hot and cold dishes, lots of fruits, cakes, ice-cream and various hot and cold drinks to follow. There was live music during the evening meal.From the moment we entered the hotel all the staff were very nice and helpful.We had a great time there and cannot wait to return. Thank you.

Can be unfinished little things.. but we understand the process of getting better the building and other things. The refrigerator is too hot inside the wood box and lack of insect netting on the window..

All in all good 4☆ hotel for reasonable price. Good location, near "Cave bath"

Staff speaks very poor english but as we noticed that is normal there. We didn't find anyone with fluid english anywhere.No EC charger availble, so guests with electric car have a problem.
