Tubs too high and water goes all over the floor!

The breakfast was very abundant and the hotel was very clean. Also the design and the concept were beautiful. The furnitures were excellent.

I took the big room, but I should have taken a smaller room with a balcony, that does not face the street.The staff was very nice and the spa was great

The aircondition didn’t work at night (when we left they said that it works only if it is above 22 C outside). During the night the room was hot and we couldn’t open the window as wee were on the street.

Well appointed rooms - beautiful location.

Excellent property in every way - except the bathroom showers are incredibly small and cramped. Too short for anyone other than a midget, and so narrow that you keep bumping into the control valve handle every time you turn around. The showers are sub-par for such a nice hotel property. Need to be upgraded.

100% clean and well located to the baths/caves with great facilities (pools) and parking. Brilliant breakfast!!!

The room was super comfy and spacious, with a cozy bed. The bathroom was really clean and had everything we needed. The spa area was definitely the best part of the hotel—the saunas, pool, and jacuzzi made it easy to relax and enjoy. The hotel has a family-friendly vibe, and there were quite a few families with young kids while we were there. Breakfast had loads of choices, and even though dinner had fewer options, everything we tried was super tasty. I still can’t stop thinking about the goulash soup—it was amazing!

The instructions in the room were mostly in Hungarian (I’m not sure if there were English versions available).

Spa and my room

Food were not labelled properly, I have to ask to staff if they were meat or veg. Sometimes it was labelled but not correctly like soup was labelled as beans soup then later when I asked there was meat (?pork)

Everything that is the content of the previous questions, the friendliness of the staff, the food offerings and the comfort. The SPA offer is small but sufficient for relaxation.

There is only one beer from the local Borsod brands on offer, which should definitely be better. The promotion of local products is significantly better everywhere. The restaurant and bar opening hours (until 9 pm) are not enough for people who came to rest and relax. There is free wireless connection, but there are areas where the signal is relatively poor (bar in front of the restaurant, for example).

- The suit was spacious.- The indoor swimming are nice but because most of the guest would like to spend their time in the bubble bath what is small.

- The suit had strange smell we could not decide whether it came from outside or from the AC or from the old furnitures (however the hotel states that since 2012 the rooms are non smoking rooms)- Overall level of furniture and the lack of cleaning- In the restaurant they are most likely prepared just for people with lactose intolerance. so if you are preferring to eat vegetarian food you won’t find wide assortment of meals. (my thoughts are covering just the breakfast and the included dinner, the extra a’la carte menu i haven’t checked)- Advertising the breakfast with the “retro” Sio drinks is cool but on 4* level this should not be only option.

Very pampering accommodation, with good breakfast, spacious rooms and well service.

The water in swimming pool too cold.

Modern and comfortable accommodation. We traveled with our son and had a spacious family suite. Very clean and nicely furnished room, 2 balconies, view of greenery. The breakfasts were rather average, the pastries were not always fresh. The dinner buffet was good, but don't expect any great gastronomy.Parking was easy (in the hotel garden), although getting out of the full parking lot with the SUV was a bit more difficult (cars park close to each other).We appreciate the short walk to the spa. There is cold water in the caves. We loved it in the hot summer but would be disappointed in the winter.There are a few restaurants around the hotel, but only one small shop if you want to buy water to drink for example. Drinks from the minibar are sold at the reception, but water only in small bottles.

Buffer was ok. Would have been helpful if staff told us we needed our own towels for the baths.

Food was very tasty, we have enjoyed free bikes and pool area. Staff was very polite and helpful.

Location, food, and swimming pools are great. Nice choice for a weekend.

For a family of four, there is too little space in the room for drying the towels and swimsuits.

I get a handicaped room, the water in the shower room was not good to handle for a not handicaped person.Room get completely wet .

Besides the nice and helpfull staff the food was tasty and the portions were more than enough.

The swimmingpools had a lot of chlorine.

It was a perfect stay as always. Good Breakfast/Dinner , nice SPA.

Sometimes the Hotel WIFI get stuck.
