Very comfy, clean.

You cannot open the windows at all. However half of the room is windows so it’s a little noice during night.

Clean comfortable staff very nice

Location was great, rooms were spacious and clean.

Constantly flashing smoke alarm at night, barking dogs in the next room.

All good, last minute booking and the price was just fine. Also, location worked out well!

Their bed was way too soft, but might suit well to other guests :)

I always come back here. It is easy now for me to reach the property and I know the location.

This time there were some misses in the cleaning of the toilet. I don’t want to enter in details but it was necessity for me to scrub it with the brush and alcohol. Sad. And not hygienic at all…… And also i don’t know what it is but the smell in the rooms. Is there any bad room perfume or the rooms are not properly aired ? It smells like and old newly opens tomb….I also sneezed a lot ….

Super friendly and helpful staff, large and very clean rooms, convenient free parking, charging port for electric cars. The breakfast is good, and dining at the hotel was great when we arrived on a Sunday evening and everything around was closed.

Room windows do not open

Loved the ability to open the doors, and control the lights and the airconditioning unit from my own phone

The room was very clean , the bed comfortable. I slept very good this time . I always come back.

I loved everything about it. Honestly, this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The room was spacious and clean, bed super comfy, breakfast was great, staff extremely friendly and I still cannot believe that garage parking space was included in the price. I also loved the option of online check in and the possibility of adapting things in the room to your liking via phone. I also had dinner at the hotel and it was fantastic. I could not recommend it more. I will definitely be staying here whenever I visit Miskolc.

Everything was perfect.

Located at 1km walking from city center, modern hotel, modern and comfy room, big bathroom , good wi-fi, friendly staff, underground free parking, good breakfast

Unfortunately we couldn’t have dinner at 19:00 in the hotel Sunday ( dinner supposed to be served till 22:00)and was impossible to find in the city a location to eat

Free underground parking, good breakfast, friendly staff, nice modern room,

Lovely hotel, reception and receptionists fantastic , luckily their English is better than my Hungarian ( sad to say - but I had a relative to translate to make check in quicker.Fantastic room, large , spotlessly clean, fabulous bathroom, with all necessary amenities and toiletries- Lovely range of food and drinks available both in the evening and at breakfast, bed and bedding very comfortable. They also extended check out FOC - we were attending a family funeral.

No coffee on the drinks tray

Absokuetly exceptionally good hotel. Check in was quick, staff perfect english. Room was excellent exceptional, and huge, restaurant onsite was perfect. Undercover parking was free, you cannot fault this hotel. I booked as it was a Premier hotels and I have stayed at several in Ukraine, and this was the best I have yet stayed in, and they have all been good.

Really excellent hotel, clean and spacious room, garage, good breakfast, excellent price/quality ratio

- Location is perfect. - Parking at the property.- Breakfast is tasty.- Comfortable rooms.

Can’t open the window to get fresh air.

Nice hotel, in a good location, secure parking, clean rooms, good breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. I recommend!

Nice, clean, spacious room.

We travelled with a 2 year old in winter time, and our room was really cold from the floor, building insulation is not adequate, no matter how high you set the thermostate. There was also a rat poison box in our room. Probably it is wise to remove this by the staff when you expect a toddler as guest or tell the parents there are some in the room. Breakfast is quite basic. For business travel it would be ideal, clean, good location, just our room is not suitable for family in winter.

Easy location.

First we were assigned room 105 which was rather noisy and had a bad smell in the bathroom. Having a shower caused water to leak outside the bathroom and all the towels were needed to block the flow. After contacting reception we checked the room together and receptionist said this water problem was a known issue. Based on the existing water damage outside bathroom this has been happening for a while.I wonder why to hand out such room in the first place. Eventually we got a better room from the second floor without any of those issues.

What I like about the property.Helpful staff who speak English.Modern interior.Good quality breakfast.
