The hotel is very nice and right in the middle of everything, walking distance. I actually wished we had more time to explore the city even more. But even the few hours we had, we had a great experience. The rooms were very cute designed and pretty big. We also had adjoining rooms, which really helped with communicating. The breakfast was so good and so many options, definitely worth it!

The mattresses were on the harder side, I like a little more cushy, but I actually slept pretty good

The location was great.

The breakfast was very bad, old food, we couldn't eat anything beside a piece of toast. It didn't have an alternative to cow milk and the coffee was bad - bitter taste. The hotel had a smell of cigarettes even in the non smoking room and sweat and dust. The carpet in the room was pretty dirty, and the bed quite small.

Great location, good facilities, staff called us about an hour before we arrived to check if we will still arrive. Working EV chargers although one was blocked by an old diesel car. Pet friendly.

The washstand in the bathroom was not fixed securely.

The hotel is central, the rooms practical and clean, and oh, the shower water pressure was amazing! The staff was friendly, helpful and pro-active. We stayed here on the recommendation of family members who had stayed there the previous year, and they were right, it’s a great place!

I was well located. Room was big enough with comfortable bed. It was quiet. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is not 4 stars at all, if it would be up to me, I would rate it between 2 and 3 stars. The furniture in the rooms is outdated, old the rooms could use refurbishments. The breakfast was simple and not very varied, all and all the value for money was very very low. For such big hotel you have to play for parking and they only have few spaces, so in the morning my car was blocked by other cars, couldn't leave. They have a coffee machine in the lobby for the gueats, but they charge you for it. I my opinion, the hotel is managed very poor.

Central location, easy to get to most tourist attractions. Most of the staff was friendly. AC was working so we had nice and cool temperature.

There was one receptionist who could not tell me where the entrance to the restaurant terrace is, I had to figure it out by myself. For a 4 star hotel, it was not very clean - the shower floor was dirty in the corners. The lamps by the bed had dust and a sample of someone else's hair. Carpet had a rather big stain.

YOU COULD NOT TURN THE AC OFF, OR TURN UP THE TEMPERATURE. IT WAS FREEZING AT 16 DEGREES C

Central location

The cleaning staff was rude, they spoke in a non adequate way, they made you feel stupid. In the morning’s they were really loud and always banged the door.

Close to town centre, neat bars and restaurants, quiet location, helpful staff.
