It's good value for money. It's clean, and you have what you need in a hotel room. The showers have good water pressure, and are clean.

Breakfast could be a tad more varied, and bigger towels woupd be nice, but other than that, it's all fine.

Friendly staff, great location, nice for a business trip.

The reception team on the Saturday and Sunday were fantastic so were the breakfast team on the Sunday morning. On a Sunday morning there was a hot buffet with fresh yoghurts and hot food and cold meats and cheese and endless supplies of bread and jam.The hotel is good value for money for what you get.The room is quite close to the city centre possibly a 10 or 15 minute walk there are some lovely restaurants nearby I would highly recommend going to Laci Csarda which is a lovely traditional Romanian restaurant,about five minutes walk, the staff are so friendly and helpful and the food was out of this world.

On the Monday in the Tuesday the breakfast went from a help yourself buffet to sit down and choose option 1 2 3 4 or 5 Some of the decor is a bit outdated, the rooms are extremely hot we had to have our patio door open day and night to keep the room cool enough to sleep in and we turned the radiators off as well.The lift is old and will only take one person plus luggage or two people and no luggage. The lady of breakfast during the week we found, struggled with English, which isn't a problem we're in her country we did use Google translate but even then language barriers were a problem and it seemed as though she didn't want to interact with us as much as this staff had on the Sunday morning.

Secure on premise parking with 24 hour guard. The room was clean and the balcony was big enough to actually be used.It was silent in the room, and the heating was spot on.

The lightning in the room was not the best making reading hard but its a minor inconvenience

Quit close to the City Center, 10-15 minutes walk distance. Staff very nice. Private parking in front of the hotel. More than decent price.

It is place to make the place more modern and to replace some stuff in the room.

We liked the welcoming staff and the service at the entrance - from we came until we left. Very nice, smiling and informed us about everything we wanted to hear about! We felt they trusted us 100% because there were doors to enter from two sides of the building. A very good feeling.

We missed two small chairs and a little table on the balcony. The bathroom could have had some shelves to put our toiletry bags on. The shower floor was slippery.

Great accommodation with friendly and helpful staff. Although the hotel is old, is well maintained. Breakfast option is available and free parking in the yard.

Excellent location, easy access, working elevator, parking, AC, extremely helpful and friendly staff.

Room furniture is a bit outdated, the beds mattress is rigid, bathroom is kind of small and requires minor repairs.

The hotel was not new, but it was warm and cozy. The people who work here were very friendly and kind. My husband said that it was noisy at night but I didn't hear anything.

Maybe it can be noisy at least in rooms near elevator.

The outlet near the bed was not properly fixed in the wall, for a family with kids it may be dangerous.

Very spacious room, very kind and polite staff. Very good value for the money. 2 minjte walk to Lidl and 20 minute to the fortress.

Location is good, and parking available, quiet.

Room is outdated, the bed covers especially. Pillow is terrible and can't be used. The rug was dirty, immediately makes the socks black. Breakfast limited.
