Great new hotel, lovely staff, great food, beautiful room

The AC was very difficult to use. On our first visit, two weeks ago, one of the staff tried to help us but she couldn’t. We assumed there was a problem in the room.This time, the same problem. I suggested to the desk staff that they create a set of instructions for each room. We’ll see if they do.

Room, breakfast, location, spa all good

Modern style, excellent location, good breakfast, good room , good air conditioning during the heatwave.

Modern style maybe a little too much, however it did not bother us and it is just a preference

Staff is very friendly and professional and the Italian in-house restaurant is great.

Parking could have better surface for rolling suitcases.

Friendly staff. Room tidy, complimentary coffee-tea by reception and tea in the room. The spa was small, but the sauna really nice. The gym was basic but if you want to do something, you can. Good variety, tasty, fresh food for breakfast

Some rooms overlook the square, so you might hear a little noise from the traffic

Spa could be better but not so many space to build a bigger one. Laundry service was a bit expensive. Not so many things to add the negative sides.

Location: right in the centre of the city. Nice and safe area to walk around. Breakfast was the best we had in Romania so far ( stayed in many hotels including Grand hotel in Bucharest). Our view from the room on 5th floor was great. Nice big windows.Clean, modern hotel. Parking was safe in a courtyard. Specialty self serve coffee in the lobby.

The vanity in the bathroom was very shallow. Not much area to hang your towels. The shelf attached to the bed in lieu of night table was very low to the ground. Not very practical.

The breakfast was excellent, very good quality food. The room was quite decently sized with all amenities that I needed. It's in the center of the city which makes visiting the city fairly easy.

The door to the room was a bit fiddly since it needed a little push to close proper, but it a really was minor issue.

The key to the room have the room number on it. If you lost it - anyone can get into your room.

Good restaurant just downstairs. Room is quofe good. The best thing is the breakfast they serve. Good variety and nice taste.

Empty minibar, no menu list, hair on the towels, the towels looked already used, mold on the walls of the shower cubicle, all the tables full of dirty dishes from previous customers, not cleared, we had to ask for cups of tea, as well as for the milk bowls, the pancake doug was finished , was replaced only at the insistence of children

The traffic can be heard at night in the rooms with city view

Hotel is in the city center which was very convenient. The room was very comfortable, with a great shower. Breakfast was very nice offering a big variety. The secure parking was very convenient. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The hotel has a very interesting decor as you can see from the lighting in the front. All the rooms are different, and in line with the designer's concept. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful.The location is great, right on the Central square. It is wonderful that they have their own parking, even in this crowded location.Very comfy beds! Fantastic breakfast!The massage was out of this world.
