Small crowded parking. Almost impossible to see oncoming traffic when pulling out of the parking lot

We really enjoyed our stay at Precise House Montaperti Siena. We stayed for 5 nights. The facility had a parking lot which was big so it was a big plus for us. The breakfast was really good. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Our room was big enough and also clean. Our view was beautiful as well. The facility had a pool but we didn't use it. There is also a gym and spa which we didn't have time to use but they seemed nice. The food of the restaurant was delicious and staff was also nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this property, we will prefer again if we come back to Siena.

We could very clearly hear the sounds of cupboards and bathroom doors closing of adjacent rooms because they were so loud. We didn't hear any other noise but the high sound of those closing bothered us a bit. The service of the restaurant was a bit slow, we waited like 45 minutes for our food but we only went there for one night so I am not sure if this is the overall experience. The staff was the nicest, though.

Loved how the property was close to Siena and Florence. There was always parking for our car and the pool and sauna were nice to sit by during the hottest part of the day. The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was always good.

Nothing bad to say. Would definitely come again!

Water in the pool could be few degrees warmer, room facilities should be refurbished.

Nice little pool and great views.The hotel is starting to show its age a bit but still pretty nice and a pretty good value.

The family room had the master bed in an upstairs mezzanine with the bed under right under small windows with small curtains. Once laid down with heads on the pillow the curtains actually fell in such a way that our eyes were on the wrong side of the curtains. We were woken up by the first sunlight at 5am…

We came in the hotel later just for overnight stay. The hotel did a very good job by upgrading our rooms for free. Then we were adviced a very good restaurant rearby, which made our stay in the hotel excelent.Thank you Hatem, you are the best!

Breakfast and the restaurant in the evening were great for the value. Pool was awesome for the kids to cool off.

AC does not cool the upper level of the 4 person units. It was very warm.

Staff was very helpful.Dinner at the restaurant was delicious.

All types of coffee and water should be available at all times.Shower/tub area was awkward and too small and I am not a large person.

It was very clean and modern. The restaurant waiter was pleasant and helpful.

Checkin staff was not friendly but check out staff was adorable. It was difficult to see traffic when exiting the parking.

The hotel itself was nice and the restaurant inside had pretty decent food.

Some of the Amenities listed are not there. For example, no Turkish baths, no bike tours, no massage services available. Food in the restaurant was also expensive and the hotel was literally in the middle of nowhere. Almost a 45 minute bus ride to the center of Siena. Also, the room was VERY hot and when I mentioned it to the front desk they said that there was nothing they could do and that I should “open the window.” I also wanted to pay for my meals and drinks with a different card than I had used for my stay, and they refused to let me do that

We liked the location and view on the hills. The staff was also very helpful and kind.

Breakfast was a bit poor, with not a lot of different options. Hotel is nice, but it is a little rusty, so it would need renovation.

Well, the lobby looked nice

Not very clean. There was dust everywhere. The rooms are extremely hot (april) and they told us the airconditioning was not working during this season. In april! Then another staff member told us they could fix the permission from the municipality because of energy saving regulations or whatsoever. It was 27 degrees inside! The floor on the first floor was hot as hell. Very very rude guy at the reception told me to just open some windows.

In the restaurant it may be good to add more pasta options for teenagers.

The hotel is new and clean. Location is not far from Siena, was easy to reach with the car and navigator. Breakfast was quite good.A big disappointment was the spa. And we have chosen this hotel only for this reason - to enjoy spa after a long walking day. So lets start that we were suppose to book time to visit it in advance. When we arrived it was already booked by other people until the evening. Then towels and flipflops were to be paid for. “Spa” is just a small room with sauna and hamam. You need to wait when otger visitors will free it and its time wasting. Ice station was not working and in general i didnt feel that relaxing spa vibe i was looking for((( the swimming pool is small and was warm but so smelly of chimical. My kids after that had some problems with eyes itching. We were completely disappointed.

Wonderful breakfast and 1 hour use of their spa facilities (very relaxing!). Beautiful indoor heated pool too. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating.

The receptionists were all very friendly and helpful! Certainly feel welcomed. Nice breakfast spread. The peach was particularly good!

Do clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Good breakfast in the morning
