Of course, we loved the location, the property, and the pool, but we especially considered the staff excellent and accommodating. Everyone is so professional! I won't single out anyone because they were all wonderful. And if you treat people nice, not just as servants, you will see them shine, even more so this staff at Borgo Scopeto. Enjoy them! The pool was our favorite place to be, but just sitting and enjoying a glass a wine, olives, nuts, and capers while looking out to Sienna was very nice too. The weather was perfect, so outside was the place to be, but if we had to be inside, it would have been wonderful too. There are plenty of comfortable, unique spaces to snuggle up and converse if romance is your thing. We took a bike ride, too. Finally, we must give a shout-out to the breakfast buffet and dinners. Wow! The kitchen staff, the waiters, and those in charge really wanted us to be happy, and they did not disappoint. Yes, my wife and I spent a month traveling in Paris, Nice, Nonavo, Florence, Rome, Prague, Germany, and Switzerland and even took the Queen Mary 2 home to the USA. Borgo Scopeto was our most favorite stop. We hope to return

We enjoyed an amazing dining experience. Walking the grounds beyond the garden is a forest labyrinth, truly enchanting. We enjoyed our 3-bedroom suite and the heated pool. Very friendly, attentive staff. The Somalia was informative and entertaining.

    not a thing.

An unbelievable property, great staff, amazing views and delicious breakfast!

The gym is a bit outdated.

The walk between the hotel gardens and food

Nothing is near the hotel ,u should have a car

    10AlbertPosted on: 8-26-2024

This place was so exceptional, we were blown away. Wine is incredible, staff is fantastic, so wonderfully relaxing, we could have stayed a week!! Will certainly be back, and make sure to do the wine tasting with Giuseppe

Not a thing, world class experience. A lot of dirt roads around it to get to little cities, but that’s part of the charm.

    10ThomasPosted on: 8-25-2024

The property is impressive, with extensive grounds, and has everything visitors might wish for across all age groups including two pools and a spa, an excellent restaurant. The staff are welcoming, incredibly friendly and sociable and helpful.

We liked everything about the property. It is deep in the Tuscan country side but the local towns are accessible by car or taxi. Siena is the closest and a must if one has not already been there. The Duomo is a standout must.

    10VioletaPosted on: 8-14-2024

The room was beautiful overlooking the main garden, The adults pool and bar services superb!Restaurant exquisit.

It would be nice to have lights at the tenis courts, during summer is impossible to play with the heat.

The attention to details with immaculate design of the place is simply stunning and a real gem - even in such a beautiful Chianti region! It was our 3rd time in Borgo Scopeto and 1st with our little dog Loki. The treat he got was a real 5 star approach. Loki got his own bed, welcome snacks, cleaning set and his own dog’s menu - which was of a super high quality (we took 2 sets with us when we left for home). The hotel's interior as well as architecture is exceptional, offering a true sense of luxury amidst the lush greenery of the surrounding hills.

    Absolutely nothing

The facilities were great, the staff were all lovely and went out of their way. Everything very clean, tidy and well presented. Nice setting away from towns and cities

    Nothing, we loved it.

The cleaning staff stole my medication.

The cleaning staff stole my medication. I thought after the first couple days maybe I was crazy, then the day I left before I got on the plane I realized it was completely empty. Beautiful, incredibly expensive place. Unbelievable the staff did this.

    10CyrilPosted on: 11-5-2023

A remarkable establishment. The grounds and buildings are magnificent. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. The staff takes great care. The breakfast is perfect.

Not much. The restaurant is good but not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. The spa is in a side building, you have to cross the courtyard in the rain and cold. And finally, there is no real plug for electric cars, just a socket limited to 16A. I would have preferred a paid plug with decent power.

The atmosphere, the food wad excelent too!!

We got lost, in the GPS we put the name but took us to a private home, had to ask to the very fee people on the road... lost about more than an hou...

The location & setting is gorgeous - the rooms - due to old buildings - are a bit "dark" as the old buildings mainly only have small windows. Overall very beautiful.

Unfortunately 400.- Euro cash from my wallet - left in the room - disappeared. I would have expected the hotel to do more to get clearity of the incident.
