All good. Staff, pools, SPA are nice. Coffee and Tea in the SPA are really nice moment of the overall pleasure.

Great spa and pool, good breakfast

The room was exceptionally big, clean, and beautiful. Pools are immaculate and beautiful. Philippino staff were so friendly and nice to all the guests.

The elevator goes just to the third floor, we had to walk with kids. That's also not practical with kid's stroller.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel! The overall service was outstanding, and the staff was incredibly professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The breakfast was diverse and delicious, offering a great selection of fresh and high-quality options. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return!

Comfortable, quiet and cozy room. I had a proper rest and great sleeping time.

Quiet and spacious room. Comfortable queen size bed with comfortable pillows. Comfort heat in the room. Front office Mrs Ivanka was very friendly and helpful.

Arrived when it was already dark and signage is not sufficient. There are 2 small signs bit not one with light. The shower in the bathroom was without shower head. The car parking is exposed as there is not a closing gate.

there is visible age of hotel, working desk has no power socket (why is there electric kettle, when there is no place to plug it?) and very weird painting in front of bed. Also wellness is closing too soon.

There was free wifi and free parking. We needed one night to stay on our road trip and was a convenient location very close to the highway.

Breakfast is poor and low quality unfortunatelly. There is no restaurant and the bar. The photos of the hotel are probably from 20 years ago. Now it needs renovation.

everything worked in the room. The room is big.breakfast included. Small buffet, but ok for breakfast.Sauna and swimming pool included.

- The spouse was catching different women's hair in the pool.After the pool, she got sick. It's like rotovirus. Temperature's 39 and abdominal pain.- The hotel is out of town. It's hard to get there without a car.There's nowhere to walk.- There are no cafes nearby for food. only a restaurant at the hotel.
