Amazing view and unique place with delicious breakfast

Location, big rooms, comfy bed.

Interesting location - inside the castle and a river away from the city centre. Great view from the room. Clean, nice room with a bathtub. The place was very quiet. And the staff were really nice and helpful.

It was a late autumn, the day was pretty cold and despite the heater and air conditioner were both turned on to generate heat it still was really cold in the room. Having more heating options to my room would've been nice.

A luxurious, clean and pleasant hotel, the location is not in Novi Sad.The girl in the lobby is nice and friendly. The guy who was there at night was also very nice. Rich and delicious breakfast.

The location is far from the city about half an hour walk. The double bed consisted of 2 very uncomfortable beds. An additional room fee of about 2000 dinars for a small window overlooking the river

Beds can be a bit more comfortable. Also, it was cold as heat season hasnt started yet(begining of October), and air condition could heat room as well.

Very nice hotel located within the area of the old castle overlooking the river. Welcoming staff, clean rooms, and a good breakfast.

Transparent glass door to the bathroom - is not the best solution (in my opinion).

The staff were fabulous and the breakfast was good. The building itself is beautiful.

Our room was small and pokey with a tiny window. The gym was extremely basic and the bike didn't work. It is a bit of a case of style over substance with this hotel.

Everything was great except for the shower! The shower head was fixed to the wall and also it sprayed water from where it shouldn't have. There was no way to take a shower without getting your head wet. There were shower caps provided, but still it was quite uncomfortable.

Great location inside the fortress and good parking. Nice, old fashioned interior and good breakfast.

Property is very vintage and nice. Excellent staff, speaking in English which is very hard to come by in Serbia. Has a lift and nice view and very comfortable

Rooms are not soundproof. Shower head is fixed to the top.

Location is beyond great, you're literally in the castle, easy parking with plenty of space, very friendly staff, enough amenities, everything was cool

1) heating - was only able via AC, so in the first night it was really cold, probably due the fact that the room i stayed in was empty for a couple of days. In the next days it was ok, and in general this topic wont be an issue during the warm months2) shower - everything was pretty cool, but the shower only had an overhead head, which in some cases can be uncomfortable, but definitely not a no-go subject

In the old castle and well worth a stay just for the atmosphere. We were upgraded and the rooms were fantastic. Very atmospheric, with a view over the Danube. Glorious views in the morning and a good breakfast. Only a few restaurants in the castle grounds if you arrive late in the evening, but they are very good (though very smoky).

Powercut in the building meant that there was no light while getting ready/having breakfast, both in our rooms and half of the hotel. However, the staff remained positive and cheerful, and it did somewhat add to the character of the stay!
