Veliki Garni Hotel

Very friendly - very clean, perfect location!

However, the door lock of our room was, let me say it this way, sth for 'Ocean' s eleven'...?

I had a suite, which was a surprise in a nice way. The room was quiet, the hotel was also quiet. Breakfast was included in the price (mostly egg dishes, not gourmet food but fine). The location was central, easy to fine from the bus and railway stations as well. I enjoyed staying there.It was also nice that the bedding was destined for summer and and one didn't have to struggle with a heavy comforter, as is the case in some places. There was AC, and the temperature was perfect when I had it on during the afternoon and turned it off for the night and opened the window.

The staff were very prompt at replying to my messages before my stay. The taxi drivers they hired to drive us to and from the airport were both excellent.

Sadly there is no longer a buffet for breakfast. The options were a bit limited.

Wonderful staff at Veliki Garni hotel.They are friendly and well organized.Hotel is very clean.Loved that hotel had a restaurant within the property.Amazing food and we loved that breakfast was included with our stay.

Smoking in the main restaurant of the hotel even during breakfast. Actually, all restaurants allow smoking inside at any time of the day. You cannot dine inside if you are not a smoking person. Room decor was different from the ones shown in the photos. The shower needed replacement as it was old and not in a good state of repair. Also, water flow could not be controlled. Bathroom tiles were chipped, and ceiling was mouldy. We had no natural ventilation in the room.With regards to the breakfast, not all drinks are included in the room rate.

I have booked the room for my sister as a present. Before her stay I specifically asked hotel to provide the room with bathroom if it possible. The answer was - yes, not a problem. And, indeed, the room was with the bathroom. But without hot water. Nobody from hotel stuff did not bother to mentioned this tiny detail when I asked about the bathroom.If it will be the temporary problem - ok, can happened. But as my sister said it was the note in the room with apologies about absence hot water in the evenings (should i mention that it was no any hot water in the morning also)? :)+ it is no any proper curtains in the window and opposite house is very very close)))

The location was great! It was close to the city center. The room was clean and neat.

I was expecting an iron in the room and some shampoo/conditioner, but it was not provided.

Nothing, really

The hotel has a great location, as its in the centre there are lots of shops and restaurants near by. The hotel also has a restaurant that provided a buffet breakfast which is included in the price. The room was clean and a good size and I enjoyed staying there.

That I was unable to stay longer but I would stay at the hotel again.

Excellent, central location. Everything was within walking distance. In addition, the room was super comfortable and spacy with a big bed and and bathroom.
