Prezident Luxury Hotel Wellnes&Spa

Our go-to hotel in Novi Sad. We've made it a tradition to stay here every year, and it never disappoints. Highly recommended. Very good location, helpful and nice staff, so everything is OK.

No facility to make tea in the room.Smoking in the lobby.Swimming pool, jakuzzi, are all very small and noisy full of children.

I enjoyed everything during my stay, but what truly stood out was the staff. A special thank you to Nadja at reception and to the restaurant and bar team (Lidija, Alexander, and others) — you all made our stay really great!

Very few things nearby if you want to walk to get something to eat outside the hotel, but location is good if you have a car

The spa is kinda ok, but the water is really cold all the time. Even in the jacuzzi.

Hot tubs in the yard was too small and water were cool. Breakfast was poor show. Old style hotel decoration.

Breakfast was very nice and variety was very good. Plates and cups were clean there was no crumbs on tables.

Disappointing

The hotel's facilities are very outdated, the lighting is poor, the hallways are crowded, and the room has an unpleasant odor. This was the most disappointing hotel we booked during our trip to Serbia, yet it was the most expensive. It is honest unreasonable.

Great room, great breakfast. And we had really good time in SPA, thanks so much to the staff for letting us check out a little later so we could enjoy our time in the pool

A bit too far from the city center. Not such a big problem, of course, but if not for that, everything would be ideal!

Staff go out of their way to help, beautiful rooms with great coffee machines!
