Best location! Awesome hotel suite. Delicious breakfast. Nice decoration. Very nice staff. Really liked the waiter with glasses and the blonde front desk lady.

We didn't have a blanket, but it was summer. The sheets & towels were a bit worn. The shower drainage wasn't great, and they could maybe bleach or re grout the shower. It also wasn't clear that you could get breakfast in the restaurant if there wasn't any in the dining room. I think the hotel would be 10/10 if they regrouted the tiles, snaked/ draino-d the drains, and had nicer sheets/towels/blankets.

Best known hotel of Novi Sad in the best location in the heart of the city, one minute walk from the Cathedral, main square and main pedestrian street (however contruction of underground parking next to the hotel will last until spring 2025 and obstruct views and make walk out of hotel less pleasant). Staff is amazingly hospitable and efficient - from the reception, cleaning lady to the breakfast room waiter.Stayed in the spacious suite with full bathroom and extra toilet. Great view of the city centre. Excellent value for money.Breakfast was plentiful but of average quality.

We came to hotel with 7 months old baby, and the room was cold. We tried to set it up, but it couldn't worked. We went out, for a walk, set it up again, and when we came back, the room was still cold. I went to reception, at 23h, but there was noone. In the end, baby slept with us, not in his bed, with HAT on his had. Also, we were sleeping in our clothes.Tomorrow, I came back to reception, they said that the chef of reception is not there, and that they can do something in one hour. So, we packed ourselves, and check out imidietly.

Missing parking. Hotel this big should have his own parking space. You can park in front of hotel, but you need to pay extra.

Location but almost nothing else

The rooms were okay but really need renovations a lot. Also, there was a group of noisy teenagers, around 50 people. They were running, screaming, partying after 11pm. One of our team members claimed that there might be an orgy in the above floor, so the part of felling dropped during the night. So she had to move and rent airbnb. The staff of hotel acknowledged the problem and agreed we can call a police. Well, I don’t want to deal with the police, I want the hotel staff to deal with this craziness and even maybe to call the police or check out such guests.

Breakfast wasn't great but I don't eat a lot for breakfast anyway.

Despite several construction sites nearby, the location in the middle of the city center was perfect for this visit. You're good if you like eggs for breakfast because there's nothing else.

Parking is extremely tight and stinky. Everything in the room that can be broken is broken. The bed and sheets were clean, but the rest of the furniture was dusty.

most of the facilities did not work, frankly for this price that's ridicilous - shower is falling apart and is mouldy (although pressure is very good and its functional), both tvs not working (we asked for them to be fixed and nothing), no one changed sheets even though we asked and we had to ask every day to have towels changed, automated curtains not working and the manual ones were too short to block all the light, a joke really. Not to mention very poor and loud air conditioning - was almost useless in this heat wave

Good location! Especially for Exit festival.

Everything in our room was broken, broken door, broken bed, broken curtains. No minibar. Mold in the bathroom. Insects crawling around. No new sheets or making uo of the beds.

Location was great, but that’s where it all ended.

Receptionist was extremely rude, room was filthy with marks and mold on walls. Bed was terrible and half caved in, shower was broken, window curtains falling off the rails, air conditioning barely worked and breakfast was cold and stale. So yes not much to like about the stay.

Absolutely everything. Cleanliness dreadful. Buffet breakfast diabolical absolutely nothing like the pictures on Booking.com this seriously needs to be reviewed and needs to be addressed as very misleading info. Youths running riot throughout the hotel till turned 4.30 am. Was told breakfast was in bar area on the first morning table was completely empty and we were given a piece of paper to choose from this basically consisted of fried egg with bacon, cheese or omelette, coffee, tea or milk we asked for orange juice and were charged extra. Second day we complained about no buffet breakfast, only to be told it was in the restaurant on the middle floor. This consisted of 3 plates of ham and cheese fried eggs and sausages no tea, coffee or juice let alone anything that resembles the buffet breakfast the pictures suggested. After complaining at reception again the man from behind the bar came he was very helpful and couldn’t be more apologetic and offered to cook us some fresh bacon and eggs. As for the room curtains we’re hanging off and didn’t close properly, drawers had no handles, carpet was stained, bedside lamps didn’t work the safe was broken and had to be replaced, bathroom drain had a foul smell which was covered over with a piece of plastic. Cleaning obviously very poor as a receipt dated two weeks prior to our stay was also found on the floor in our room. Most public areas needed a good clean. After dealing with all of the above we decided to cut short our stay and find alternative accommodation. My genuine advice would be to avoid this hotel at all cost.

It is not what i expected, it was very noisy and we could not sleep during the first half of the night.

Location is superb!

Staff not helpful, our key card didn’t work and we heard no apology or nothing for trying to open the doors for 15min. No one offered to help or anything just handed the normal key (5 staff members sitting downstairs just chatting). Rooms are very old dated, hotel is in a very bad shape, super slow elevator and only one works. Breakfast is very poor and choices are super limited.

very clean carpets and bad....city center...enough breakfast....the weather was to0 cold but the room hot...stay again ...recommend
