Sheraton Novi Sad

Staff were very polite, friendly, helpful and willing to help. Breakfast was excellent and food at the restaurant was very delicious. I also like the Bar with various nice drinks.

I really liked the hotel restaurant, the comfort of the room, and the friendliness of the staff. The room was comfortable and made my stay pleasant.

Only one elevator goes to the garage, and the waiting time is very long. The cleanliness outside the room could be improved - for example, the windows were dirty and the mirrors in the elevators were not clean. Additionally, the silicone in the bathroom was heavily moldy and should be replaced urgently.Overall, the hotel has good potential, but some maintenance and cleanliness issues should be addressed

A bit outside the city center

A spacious room, great breakfast area with a variety of choice and has an good spa area at the top floor which overlooks the city. There is a garage in the hotel, and the staff was polite. OK option for a short stay.

The garage was overcrowded and no one regulated it, so many cars where parked on the runway. Also it's not cheap, it's 15 eur per day, which is strange as the hotel is not even in the city centre, it's some half and hour or more on foot to the centre. Which is also a bit of a negative side - so if you want to visit the landmarks, this hotel is not the best choice. One of the mornings there were a bit more people at the breakfast and clearly the staff was not ready for this as there were no clean plates, most of the meals where not there etc. The spa is nice but could work a bit more on the cleanliness, even though the views are great, and saunas are nice, there's a cool terrace there. The only strange thing is that tapidarium room is also heated, not just the beds, so it's almost like and additional sauna. The wifi is also not free, which is unacceptable in 2025 anywhere not in a hotel of this name! There is an option to get a complementary one if you register for their guest programme, but even then it doesn't work very good and it shouldn't be a requirement in the first place. There is some wear and tear through the room especially on the beds.

Location little far from center

Great staff, spacious room and spa.

Max A/C is 20 degrees which was not convenient for me. Also makes no sense to charge 30 EUR entrance fee for rooftop bar. I wanted to have a drink there before going out but apparently its only reserved for club members.

We had great stay in Sheraton, Novi Sad.- large rooms- big and comfortable beds- convenient underground parking (although a bit tight)- great breakfast with lots of things- staff always there to helpAnd most importantly - our small poodle was welcomed as well!Cant think of anything negative… maybe only that location is not in the center, but we travelled around in our car, so not an issue.Next time we visit Novi Sad, we will choose again Sheraton for sure.

When I desperately needed water at 5 AM, there was no water in the entire hotel—or at least that’s what we were told at receptionMoreover breakfasts weren’t good quality

The rooms were looking new, the breakfast was decent and as far as we were able to check, the spa and the gym were good. Parking was also convenient.

For this kind of brand the service level in general, including reception and breakfast staff was the bare minimum. Reception was hardly hospitable and breakfast staff was not present, let alone refilling. Also, when it comes to the room, the door to the balcony was leaking cold and there was only one towel hanger in the bathroom which is not enough for 4 towels and 2 people. What was though the BIGGEST issue is the room not automatically closing behind you, remaining open. This resulted in our room accidentally remaining unlocked and us having to do many tries and manouvers to lock it. This is a big security issue which I have never seen before in a chain hotel.

Room service was very bad last time. I got terrible egg benedict and the boy on telephone e was very rude. Other stuff were very polite.

Bathtub in spa area didn’t work / was cold all three days. Bottles with shampoo snd conditioner in room’s bathroom were empty- now one is checking and refilling them which is really a very basic task, not nice at all.

While I was only here for a short time for part of Exit Festival, the hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. While I didn't stay long enough to check it out, the bar area looked nice too. While its out of the main city centre, there is a well-stocked supermarket nearby.

I especially liked people working in the hotel. Girls on the reception were amazing, Ivanka, her blond colleague, Darinka - thank you very much! The bed is comfortable.

It was very hot in the room, I think the aircon is broken. Please, check room 209 - couldn't really breath there.

The location was very good. The breakfast was ok. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional.

There was no facial tissue in the room. I had club lounge access and was advised that there was variety of drinks, e.g., wine, beer, etc. The club lounge opened until 11 pm. However, I went there at 10 pm and there was no wine / beer, only water and soft drinks available. No staff were there.

I just love this hotel and I am coming back every couple months. Staff is friendly and rooms are very comfortable. My dog loves it too!
