Beautiful room, friendly and helpful staff, and good location. The breakfast was also very good!

We booked room few hours before we came to hotel, and everything was great! Staff on reception was very kind, and everything was like on the pictures. It wasnt free parking lot so we put our car in front of our hotel, there is small parking.

Free parking, rooms are freshly refurbished, great breakfast, cooler for tea/ water available whenever you want. All necessities are present.

Breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff was polite and well-mannered, especially the night shift receptionist, Darko, who gave great dinner recommendations and was very friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff, good value for the price

Room (bath) floors should be little bit more clean (dust, hair). In the same time bath vanities, tiles, glass were very fine and disinfected. It looks like someone just forget to do the floor. Due to short stay, we didn.t complain.

Driving through Novi Sad is an intense experience. I felt alive. Since I don't see any other way to get there... be alert, things happen in terms of milliseconds.The parking is in the back, and you need driving skills to park there, it might give your car some scratches but you'll manage.The room entries are a bit weird, they're mezzanine behind the elevator. Just one flight of stairs after the elevator level you type.The receptionist was very friendly and could recommend restaurant Taurus. It was very good. You don't need local dinars for this. However, you can pretty much forget about trying to find the entry to a parking space in the center, instead just take the bus (number 12) which goes to the hotel and center. For this you need local currency. You also need local currency for the bakery across the hotel, and I highly recommend to buy a bread. It's the best bread you have ever eaten.- Serbians are not squeamish about tobacco, so as a smoker you'd be pleasantly surprised to find ashtrays inside restaurants and other public spaces. Also, the tobacco packets don't have scary warnings but show the original print - it's not EU.TV remote (2) didn't work, but the receptionist fixed it. One you use for on/off, and the other for channels. Many channels, some dance/pop clips. You must point both at the router, not the tv.Breakfast, the usual you expect in a hotel, so generally good, but also some serbian foods.I booked another night, not online but got the same room same price instead of the higher online price. I was in love with Novi Sad. It felt like an end boss, in every sense of the word.

Nothing. But if you're NOT like me, you might find the town incomprehensible. If you're flexible and can improvise, you'll have a wonderful experience. If you're a worse driver than I am, you might end up in a car crash. Try to drive through Beograd old town during rush hour first, to get some practice (which I did).People are very nice. I'd estimate their English to be adequate, the younger folk don't speak it that well.The girls indeed are the most gorgeous on the planet. But they're only into Serbian men, so they'll answer nicely but won't come with you.Do not eat from the food stands in the center. The food is atrocious. Day soup (always a safe bet) was luke warm and tasted like nothing. I ordered a hamburger which I threw away after a bite (my first time ever), as if the product was drenched in gasoline, bitter, fatty. Don't do it. Only eat at "expensive" restaurants there.

Soba je velika i komotna. Parking je dobar.

Prozor se nije mogao normalno zatvoriti. Peškiri se raspadaju i flekavi su, prestari. Vrata od ormara se takođe raspadaju. U kupatilu nema šampona. Klima uređaj je jako glasan i star.

Very early check out - 11.00, in the rooms on the second floor there is no water, pressure is about 0,5 bar, couldn't take a shower. They know about that, but they use those rooms for guests.

Its a very nice place to stay in Novi Sad. Comfortable beds, tasty breakfast and kind stuff.

- We were looking for a hotel with private parking and this was the top choice we found.- 10min walk gets you to an area with shops and bars.- Friendly staff and cool breakfast.

Great value for money option, about 45 min from the city centre on foot. Spacious and clean room with comfortable bed. Good selection for breakfast, both savory and sweet options. Secure free outdoor parking behind the building.
