- Clean, fancy decor ... kind of a belle epoque theme, which certainly fits with the glory days of Sofia. Friendly staff.
- Breakfast was adequate and the reception desk was helpful.
Cons -
- The air conditioning did not work properly and the room was dated and dark. This should be a 2-3 star hotel.
