Everything was great. The breakfast was perfect and plentiful, and the room had an excellent location — it was clean and well equipped. The only small issue inside the room was that we couldn’t place the spare toilet paper roll into its holder because we didn’t have the key for it but we should have asked for it.

The only real problem we had was with the garage access. Upon arrival we were informed that there is no actual 24-hour reception service, so if we wanted to take the car out after 7 PM, it wouldn’t be possible until after 7 AM the next morning. This was the only inconvenience during our stay.

Breakfast was ok (low end of a 4 star hotel), scrambled eggs, sausage, some pastries, yoghurt. Nothing special but ok. Wellness was small but ok (Sauna and a small pool with water massage), it was turned on to our request. Room was clean and descent. Staff was very kind and helpful.For the price (35k HUF per night for a double room), good value for money

Bathroom is small. Parking is difficult although it was possible during the weekend.we could not sit in our bed due to the roof being very close. Overall the hotel is low-end 4 start (or a strong 3 star).WIFI is not so stable (works well early morning, not so good during busy hours)

Hotel has good location little above the city center, rooms are spacious and comfortable, I liked sauna (you ask the receptionist beforehand to turn it on) and small pool for cooldown. There were almost no guests in January, so you practically have all for yourself. Viktoria at the reception was very kind and helpful. Garage available for a little fee, or you can try luck in the steep streets around. I have read the previous reviews (ideally always do that) and the hotel did not surprise with anything, on contrary. it exceeded expectations in some aspects.

There are some little things like little bit of dirt here and there, soeme equipment is a bit older, but I personally do not care about such marginal details, especially considering the price. There were some reconstructions going on during this low season, but as I was outside the hotel during the day, I practically did not notice.

Breakfast was very dissapointing. There were barely any options and everything tasted awful, you could really tell that the products are of the worst quality.

Horrible

We have booked the room at 20:35 PM. and we arrived to the location with my sister after 21:00. The rooms fee was already deducted from my account and it was paid for already. When we arrived the room was not available. I have requested an investigation, but no proper investigation happened. The receptionist later discovered owner's wife and the owner said it is the Booking.com's fault. The Owner and Wife was very rude and not helpful at all. In stead they said we should not even look for other rooms because Pécs city is very busy. We were very upset and angry and helpless as the owner and wife left the hootel without giving a solution. Im requesting an investigation and some sort of compensation. When i have received my refund it was even less than what i paid for. Finally we have not received any real help from anyone at all, not from Booking (despitei had long converasation with english representative) and not from the Hotel owner. We were forced to sleep outside the middle of the night after a long day spent in the city. Im not recommending anyone to stay in this hotel at all for the future.

Hotel nothing to do with 4 stars, it’s state max 3 stars. We feel sorry to dealing with booking.com

No liquid soup - empty bottle No shampoo - employ bottle Very thin pillows about 5cm Defect air condition - one room Will provide relevant photos We made booking for 2 adults and 3 children but, they show us your booking just only 3 adults and they asked us to pay extra money in amount of 27€ finally we pretend to recover the extra money and eventual mortal damage !!! During our travel we find out that, about 60% of hotels info and description are fake.

Very good location, friendly staff, convenient parking, a very nice place to stay the night

The air conditioning was not very effective and the room smelt a little stale, minor issues and we enjoyed our 1 night here on our road trip

The outside terrace was a great place to just sit and admire the view

It's a family run hotel as far as I'm aware so don't expect the Hilton type service, that said the staff are friendly and helpful, someone is around 24-7 just be patient and relax that why you are there right

Close to the centrum, beautiful view, the room was nice , the bedding is superb. The breakfast selection was plenty.

We didn't like only one thing:1.There wasn't shower gel in apartment, everything else was extraordinary. ?

The hotel is comprehensive, the rooms are clean and tidy, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, excellent breakfast, good location. All recommendations

Nice architecture. Free parking possibilities. Clean and silent. Good position (just outside the ancient walls, on a hill with nice view), only a 1o minutes walk to the city center. Good breakfast.

Very small balconies (french type) - hard times for smokers.
