Nice and clean, walking distance from city center, decor for a good sense of humor in the reception

No bathrobe for children, elevator didn’t work

The hotel looks very interesting and artsy. The huge lobby is nicely decorated, and I enjoyed it. The breakfast was extensive and tasty, very varied and fresh, and there were many staff members working in the breakfast area Rooms are fine

The staff was not very friendly. The lady at the reception looked tired and didn’t seem very engaged in talking with us. The rooms are fine, but the bathrooms are average. I didn’t really like the Therme, but that has nothing to do with the hotel

It´s very convenient that you can get to the Romer Therme through the closed passageway. The room is nice, clean, amenities very good. Bed a little too soft for my liking. The breakfast is very nice...there is absolutely everything you could expect and the staff is very professional and friendly.

The elevator was very slow, one had to wait a lot, I think it was poorly programmed

The room was comfortable and access to the Roman baths was easy. Breakfast options were plentiful.

Overall the hotel was kept very warm. Fortunately we were able to dial down the radiators and open the windows in our bedroom.

It was not very clear as how the pathway to the thermopool.

Location is good. Very quiet area, in a cosy small town. The hotel was very good. Room with good space. Breakfast was very good. Easy to go through "tunnel" to thermal bath. Also nice training facilities at the thermal bath. The experience was much better than expected.

Only little minus was the shower in the bathroom.

Beautifully presented and staff super helpful and friendly. I speak fluent German but not as well as I used to and I could tell the lady at the front desk was speaking more slowly in German to help and didn’t ask to switch to English which as an Australian with a not so great accent in German anymore it was really appreciated because I love to speak it when I can.

I love the coziness of this hotel, really nice breakfasts, direct way from the hotel to the Thermen. Nice accommodating staff.

Hope to get the room with a bath next time.

The location was very central and convenient. The rooms were large and very clean. We loved the spa and breakfast had a good selection.

Lovely decor in the foyer and around the hotel and beds very comfortable

Poor lighting in the room, only one bin in the whole suite (none in bathroom), poor shower design, no remote for the air-conditioning in the room, no tea/coffee making facilities (but there is a fridge). Pools/spa/wellness centre feels like a cross between a Leisure Centre and a hospital, definitely not relaxing as very full with direct access from this and another hotel and the general public. If you are booking and expect any kind of romantic or luxury ambience you will be disappointed. The gym was very well equipped even though it was very confusing with staff at the "leisure centre" not really helpful.

Our room was very comfortable with a bathroom, the breakfast has good options and was excellent quality. We liked to be able to walk down an adjoining corridor to got to the spa. We really loved the decor and furnishings in the foyer and hotel lounge with a trust pay bar, we spent our evening in that space and it was a home from home.

we would have liked flip flops included with our robes from the hotel and it woudl have been helpful if the spa reception staff were as fluent in english and as friendly as the hotel staff.
